Refurbished rooms, do not necessarily have operational air conditioning

The location was very convenient, very central. Housekeeping and bar staff friendly

Cons:

Greeted by an incredibly rude and nonchalant man who initially couldn’t find out booking and then tried to overcharge us for our upgrade that had been approved online. Given a room with air conditioning that didn’t work. The problems were rectified the following day by a lady on reception who was very professional and helpful. Such a shame that our first night was horrendous.

Molt cèntric i a prop de la part turística. L’habitació molt àmplia amb 2 llits grans. L’esmorzar variat i tipus bufet on pots menjar tot el que vulguis.
Amb secador de cabell i planxa per la roba.

Cons:

La tapa de la tassa del vàter estava trencada i mal col.locada.
Només funcionava 1 ascensor dels 3 que hi havia i a sobre estava sense llum.

A hotel in the heart of Bristol. The room size was great, the hotel was easy to reach by car, and the traffic was barely audible due to the double-glazed windows.

Cons:

Even though the room had its own AC, it was too weak to lower the temperature. I believe they only turned it on shortly before our arrival, so the room was hot as hell. The windows were so overheated I could barely touch them. We couldn't fall asleep until around midnight, as the AC struggled to cool the room down. The parking in the nearby parking house was a bit cheaper because of the hotel's discount, but still pricy.

PERFECTA UBICACION
Pros:

habitación amplia para 4 personas con dos camas dobles muy cómodas, la ubicación es perfecta, en el centro de Bristol justo enfrente de Castle park, al lado Old Market y de la zona comercial, sin duda volveré.

Cons:

cuando pasaron las camareras de piso a hacer la habitación todavía estábamos en la habitación y ya no volvieron a pasar, cuando volvimos por la tarde no estaban las camas hechas

Schöne große Zimmer für vier Personen (Familie) gut geeignet. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, auch glutenfrei vieles möglich. Gute Lage zwischen Stadt und Bahnhof.

Zimmergrösse und Lage waren gut. Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Cons:

Wir sind spät angereist und die Toiletten an der Rezeption waren sehr schmutzig. Das Bad im Zimmer war nach dem Duschen unter Wasser. Das Bad war nicht sehr sauber, es waren Haare und Staub auf der Toilette.
