Disappointed with Bedroom Staff who said they couldn't find my charger left plugged in when I left.
Pros:

The Breakfast was excellent. Staff in Dining room and Bar very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Reception couldn't get me oat milk for Bedroom.

Pros:

Location was really handy - short walk across the city park to the centre of town
Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

It was warm, and the air conditioning unit was noisy. We would have loved to have been able to open a window.

Por la noche muy ruidoso pero estoy muy disgustada y dejare una hoja de reclamaciones porque sali de la hanitacion a las 9.40 porque tenia que estar en el autobus a conrwall a las 10. Me olvide unos cascos JBL muy caros en la silla de la habitacion y rapidamente contacte al hotel y me digeron que no estaban cuando es totalmente imposible. Les pedi porfavor que comprobaran de nuevo y ni me contestaron.

First Place we Always Look to When Visiting Bristol - Great Value!
Pros:

Stayed at this very convenient hotel before.
Value superb.
Excellent, unrushed breakfast with wide selection.
Ideal location for central Bristol with easy walking access, just a hundred metres or so to Cabot Circus.
Parking next door in the NCP but with a 24 hour hotel discount.

Good stay and well located
Pros:

Good location, spacious room, air conditioning and a bonus of a fridge and a cold water fill up point.

Cons:

My room was on the road and quite loud with traffic noise leading to not the best of sleep but for a single night it was fine
