The perfect Bristol hotel
Pros:

This was an ideal hotel for us to stay in on a weekend in Bristol; it ticked all the right boxes. The breakfast selection in particular exceeded our expectations! So much variety and great taste (compared to their competitors). The woman at the lobby was very friendly and welcoming, giving us tips and such; we were also very pleased to avail ourselves of the water filling station at the front (which included carbonated water), perfect for our walking around the city. Rooms were spacious and quiet at night, and above all, everything was nice and clean.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good and nice comfy bed!

Cons:

Advertised as having parking but then charged an eye watering £17 for one night. Shower was also cold and lift system was ridiculous!

Pros:

Hotel am sich ok, aber halt nur ok. Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, Sauberkeit ok, aber nicht herausragend. Ein Aufzug war defekt, was die Wartezeit extrem erhöht hat

Cons:

Had to argue at check in about breakfast. Had prepaid for this but had to prove to staff that our rate was breakfast included. This was embarrassing!
Bedside lights didnt work. Reported this twice but nothing was done!
