Great location with wonderful staff
Pros:

Great for location for walking central Bristol. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful from checking in through breakfast and checking out. Breakfast was a great selection of options and they were very helpful with any dietary restrictions.

This was far too expensive for what they can offer

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable, pillows were very thin and uncomfortable; telephone in room had no cable connecting it to Reception; the TV advertises that it can connect to your devices but when we called reception for advice they explained that it doesn’t work. Soap dispensers were only half full; tissue box virtually empty; you couldn’t open the window for fresh air, only to an external glazed window that didn’t open.

Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja i bardzo przestronne pokoje z pięknyn widokiem na park. Przepyszne, różnorodne śniadania, byłam pozytywnie zaskoczona! Bardzo miła obsługa! No i hotel mieści się w imponującym brutalistycznyn budynku, co dodaje mu uroku.

Staff were mostly helpful and gave a partial refund for problems with the room. Otherwise the room and hotel were very nice.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable, practically rock solid. Staff told us they would add extra mattress covers, but didn’t. Bathroom was not great. Tight fit with the door and toilet space. The shower stream was low coverage, was hard to get a full body rinse and couldn’t detach the head to reach more.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca del centro, de la estación de tren. El desayuno muy bien, mucha variedad y muy completo. Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño. Nos tocó la planta 7 con buenas vistas

No funcionaba el aparato de frío/calor. Lo comunicamos y nos pusieron un aparato móvil que, aunque calentaba, no llegaba a caldear del todo la habitación y el baño. Es lo único que no nos convencio

Correcto en Bristol
Pros:

Está al otro lado del centro de la ciudad. Tiene un gran centro comercial al lado y un aparcamiento que está justo al lado del hotel. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas

Pros:

The location was perfect for us, right in the centre of Bristol. Nice room and bathroom everything you need.

Cons:

The breakfast was great with a good choice however the room is too small and at busier times there was a queue to be checked in and seated and some people having to eat outside in another area.
