Cons:

Le finestre erano difettose e difficilissime da aprire.

Super hotel that felt great value for money. Short walk into town.
Pros:

Great location within a short walk the heart of the city. Also adjacent to a nice shopping centre.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was appreciated.

Cons:

The capark was a little difficult to find using Satnav but we got their in the end.

Posizione, colazione a buffet inclusa, struttura bella

Cons:

Per un hotel di questo livello mi aspettavo che la pulizia e il cambio degli asciugamani fossero giornalieri ma non è avvenuto. Letti matrimoniali alla francese quindi abbastanza piccoli.

An Enjoyable Stay
Pros:

The hotel itself had a lovely relaxed feel, really comfortable, all the staff were really friendly and I noticed something which I thought was a really thoughtful action. The cleaning staff had wrapped a towel around the door handles on their cleaning room to stop it banging and making a noise whilst they were in and out of it. How many hotels have I been in when that noise wakes you in the morning! Thank you to them for keeping the corridor so lovely and quiet. Excellent value for money.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Colazione buona e abbondante. Camera silenziosa.

Cons:

La pulizia era scarsa. C’era polvere ovunque e i vetri erano tutti sporchi, probabilmente non venivano lavati da mesi. Il bollitore era usurato e sporco. Per una struttura del genere non è tollerabile.
