Pros:

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the food tasted good. Overall, we were very satisfied with it.
Hotel location is convenient and only 5 mins walk to the shopping centre where you can find M & S, Lego shop, H & M, Next, KFC, Pizza Express and different type of food & beverage in there.

Cons:

Room is a bit old even it named a renovated room. One thing I found particularly unacceptable was that the toilet seat didn’t fit properly, which made me feel uncomfortable when using it.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Convenient location for attending a concert.
Friendly, attentive staff.
Easy to check in.
Bedroom was clean, tidy and spacious with great views over the city.
The bed was really comfortable.
Air conditioning worked wonderfully.
The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations.... Plenty of choices for hot and cold meals and drinks.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small.

Very comfortable, great staff, good location too!
Pros:

We've stayed at this hotel about five or six times this past year and it has always been very comfortable. The rooms are nice, the beds very comfortable and the breakfast is also very good. The staff are very accommodating in every respect but also helpful as we usually bring our dog.

Cons:

The drinks at the bar (particularly certain glasses of wine!) are a quite pricey.
