Pros:

The breakfast had a good variety of savoury and sweet food, and they checked with you before if you have allergies. The reception staff was lovely!

Cons:

The fire alarm went off in the night for a couple of seconds, more than enough to wake me up and scare me

Excelente hotel.
Pros:

Cómodo, limpio, buen servicio, buena localización. Muchos detalles (secador y plancha en las habitaciones, por ejemplo). Buen desayuno. Excelente en global. Como el último día nos íbamos antes de que abriera la cafetería nos ofrecieron una bolsa de picnic bastante buena.

Pros:

On arrival, reception staff really friendly.
Spoke clearly
Helpful
Room beautifully clean and spacious

Cons:

There were some cups outside our room , we alerted reception but they were still there up to our departure

A comfortable place to stay in centre of Bristol.
Pros:

It was modern clean and comfortable.
The reception staff were v helpful especially Gigi when we checked in.
Hosting staff came by in morning asking if we needed more supplies.
