Ideally located for a Bristol weekend away!
Pros:

The location is fantastic, so easy to find. Having the NCP next door to the hotel is so handy, and there is a discounted rate to guests. The rooms fitted four people comfortably, and they provided plenty of towels. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. I will happily stay again here.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Fantastic and the staff were so very helpful and any question I asked was answered brilliantly
Pros:

The size of the room for 4 people was great and the. Amount of tea-coffee in room was brilliant! We stayed in Bristol

Cons:

The bathroom was small for 4 people and the shower wasn’t the best!

A lovely city centre hotel. Good value, but softer and larger mattresses needed please!
Pros:

Excellent location, lovely staff, impressive reception and bar area, great room, efficient air conditioning unit, very good breakfast.

Cons:

The ‘double’ bed was quite small and despite a mattress topper, the mattress was hard.
The hotel recommends parking in Broadmead NCP multi-storey car park, but too many reviews claimed it wasn’t safe and cars had been damaged. We used Cabot Circus car park which seemed much less risky and only cost £3 more (£20 for 24 hours).

Central location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Executive terrace was a major bonus.

Beds were a little firm. Lifts really slow had to use stairs all the time.

Excellent service and a great stay
Pros:

I genuinely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were always polite and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests.

The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and well presented. Every meal was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.

I especially want to thank Shiju. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His positive attitude and professionalism truly made my experience even better.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again.

메이어트계열 호텔체인이라 나쁘지 않았습니다. 조식도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 무난하게 숙박을 한 것 같습니다.

Cons:

호텔투숙객에게 주차지원이 안 되는 것은 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁 8시 도착해서 아침 9시에 퇴실했는데 주차비만 17파운드 나왔어요.ㅠㅠ
