Great for families, affordable, convienient and spacious
Pros:

Breakfast buffet is excellent and my kids (5 and 9) love it! The rooms are spacious and the location is brilliantly convienient as it is both close to Swiss Cottage tube and the Jubilee line connects to central London quickly.

Cons:

Certo ho prenotato con una tariffa non rimborsabile (comunque poco più economica di quella standard) e quindi legalmente l’hotel non è in difetto. Tuttavia 3 giorni prima della prenotazione ho avuto un infortunio e ho dovuto posticipare di 20 giorni il mio viaggio. Ho chiesto quindi (spiegando le circostanze) di posticipare la prenotazione ( e non di essere rimborsato) ma la mia richiesta è stata negata in modo netto. La gestione di questi problemi fa parte dell’ospitalità e quindi mi trovo costretto a lasciare una recensione negativa.

Location, location, location
Pros:

Excellent location for us as it was five minutes to our daughter's flat on foot which was ideal plus within five minutes of two major tube routes into the heart of the city.
The hotel was excellent and we were given a free room upgrade which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice contemporary decor.
We opted to have breakfast on our first morning and at £18 pp it was good value taking into account what was on offer, which was plenty. Just be aware it does get busy after about 9 o'clock so we opted to go to breakfast at 8.30 and had no issues with space at that time. We would definitely stay here again when visiting to see our daughter.

Lovely hotel but probably wouldn’t go back

Cons:

Lukewarm breakfast and to be honest I expected more from carluccio's, ice machine didn’t work, room could have been more thoroughly cleaned (dirty glasses), kind of disappointing that the hotel didn’t look after bags after you’ve checked out we found that 9/10 hotels in London offer the service
