Pros:

Restaurant and breakfast had a good variety of options, was well staffed and efficiently ran. Interior of the hotel was very nice and well maintained, staff were friendly and helpful. Close to underground on line straight into centre of London (about 20 mins total from hotel to Piccadilly Circus)

Cons:

Beds were on the smaller side, rooms weren't brilliantly sound proofed so some internal and external noise was noticeable

Very comfortable and spacious room
Pros:

Lovely large room for family of four. Plenty of space and comfortable. Location is very good, nice area less than a ten minute walk to tube station. Breakfast was very good, nice omelettes from the chef. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was good.

Cons:

Some things at breakfast could be refilled sooner as had to ask a number of times for staff to refill hot chocolate.

Good location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. Good access to metro, easy to walk, close to the park and safe area. The decoration seems modern and up to date. Staff is nice and accommodating. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and this was done quickly.

Cons:

The rooms look up to date but when you look closely they lack maintenance. There is mold and spots that are hard to clean and show dust.
The breakfast is slightly disappointing, it has a lot of ultraprocessed food, not even the bread is really fresh.
The pool is nice to have but its surroundings didn't seem that clean and the changing rooms were not well kept. I would much prefer if they offered bathrobes and people could go to and from their rooms directly.
I also did not appreciate the strong perfume smell in the lobby, it is far too strong.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit heerlijke hotel
Pros:

Het zwembad en de sauna, de locatie, de grootte van de kamer en de metro was vlakbij. Ook het late uitchecken is erg fijn. De kinderen vonden het ook erg fijn. Onze dochter werd in het restaurant nog toegezongen op haar verjaardag, erg leuk!

Cons:

Het matras was iets te zacht voor ons en het betalen om te parkeren is vrij duur.

Lovely staff. Noisey aircon.
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Room decor was modern.

Cons:

Infrastructure is old and needs to be updated. Aircon was extremely noisey and could not be used while sleeping. Drains smelled quite strong. But overall an ok option if you need to be in the area.
