UNA ESTANCIA AGRADABLE
Pros:

Muy tranquilo y con buena conexión: el metro está muy cerca. Habitación familiar confortable. Buffet correcto con lo esencial para empezar bien la jornada. Nos gustó que tuviera restaurante y cafetería: el día que llegamos pudimos cenar sin problema aunque era algo tarde y se agradece poder tomar algo en la cafetería al llegar al hotel después de todo el día visitando la ciudad (muchos hoteles cierran muy pronto su restaurante/cafetería). El personal muy atento. Yo volvería ya que la calidad -precio me pareció muy buena teniendo en cuenta que Londres es una ciudad cara y el hotel tiene muchos servicios (no utilizamos la piscina ni el gimnasio porque no tuvimos tiempo).

Cons:

Me pareció extraño que en el baño solo nos dejaran una pastilla pequeña de jabón para lavarnos las manos 4 personas y que nos dejaran dos paquetes de galletas (4 galletas en total) para los 4 días. Estamos acostumbrados a que hoteles de esta categoría repongan algo tan básico como unas galletas, que no tienen ninguna importancia, pero que para el cliente es un detalle y se agradecen para el te o café al llegar al hotel...

Nice location but a lot of poor management
Pros:

Central and close to public transport

Cons:

House keeping poor. Never refilled shower gel in shower. Never replaced water in room, despite mentioning to do so. Air conditioning not working properly, so very hot in room.

Good location and very kind staff at breakfast.
Pros:

The room was very clean and good size.

Cons:

Check-in. I booked a deluxe room with balcony. We arrived at 3pm, the room was not ready, they they said: oh, you'll get a free upgrade, but your room is not ready. Then we waited for 10 minutes, but we needed the room because we were already late for an appointment. So I went to the reception again, and they gave me a ready room.
This happened also the previous time I got there.
Breakfast: Coffee at the machine is undrinkable. Please do something.
