On the way home
Pros:

The electric charging and room are great. Next time we will bring swimming clothes to enjoy the pool!

Cons:

The restaurant service is a bit poor with a rigid approach to things and having to ask twice for things like a jug of water. I asked for a piece of bread to soak up some oil and was charged £3 for 3 large slices of bread and butter but no butter was given. When I challenged the cost i was told that they had to put the request through their ordering system in order to meet my request but did not say that when I made the request! So it was an example of their rigidity and lack of flexibility. Very poor!!

Pros:

Staff were so friendly

Main reception lovely and modern. Loved having a Starbucks on site too.

Great breakfast

Cons:

Dated rooms. Shower not powerful. There was a national power cut or something so no electricity from 10am -7pm which was not great but I had to check out at 11am.

Had an electrical maintenance shut down at 10am Sunday morning never informed us when we checked in. Check time was 11am - bad planning.

Good location for our planned visits
Pros:

Large comfy and quiet room.

In the corridors leading to the room the ceiling panels missing.

Electric car charging you need to download the app to start charging. It took a while to get charging started, I nearly gave up! However one of the lowest electric charging rates I have been to whilst away from home.
