When booked we sent message to ask for room near lift or ground floor - hotel said never received it and was in one of the last rooms at the end of a long corridor

Overall a nice staycation, with fine facilities, £20 per person for breakfast is overpriced
Pros:

Clean, spacious room, nice bar facility, great pool, sauna and steam room. Ample on site free of charge parking.

Cons:

Room fridge was not working despite advising this to the staff in the first day of my 5 day stay.

Effecient friendly staff. Spotlessly clean room. The air conditioning was already on in the room which was great not to have a stuffy room on a hot day

Good spacious comfy accomodation
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean, and a very good size . Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

A large tourist group descended on the breakfast area and like a swarm of locust eat all the bread and pasteries. The staff despite thier best efforts struggled to keep up.

The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were fantastic. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Cons:

The price of breakfast was £17.95 (per person) if you didn’t pay for it when you booked the room which is very expensive in my opinion
