OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT IS!

Modern clean hotel with free parking.

Cons:

My room, (94) was a LONG way from reception with heavy bags! Breakfast room too crowded and that was 6.50am, fried eggs hard and overcooked.Felt £149 for solo traveler overpriced really!

Excellent friendly engaging staff makes the stay even better
Pros:

The room was very comfortable with all the amenities required such as kettle and fridge is a bonus. The bathroom was excellent, clean and spacious with easy access to shower.
Breakfast was ample with nothing left to wish for. All staff are friendly engaging and helpful

Cons:

There is only two blue badge parking spaces therefore an additional number of blue badge parking spaces would be beneficial

An inviting venue outside the city
Pros:

Nice spacious room, individual room temperature control, good blackout curtains. Good TV and sockets by bed for phone chargers. Powerful shower, near instantly up to temperature. No noise from bar or entertainment made its way to rooms. Pool etc looked inviting, we forgot to pack swimming costume. Nice menu, reasonably priced for quantity. Good breakfast selection.

Cons:

The main light was a bit dingy, would liked to have it a bit brighter, leaving the desk and bedside lights for the cosy option.
There was no footpath all the way to the road/bus stop to city, meant walking on damp grass. It's a little further outside the city than ideal, but in nice surroundings.

Staff was friendly, including the reception & bar staff, as well as the staff in the swimming pool area.
There were a few of us travelling from London for an event & we all felt well looked after.
Bed was comfy, good lighting, great shower, enough space for parking.
Food seemed reasonably priced too.
Gym facilities looked tidy & well kept (brought my gym gear but couldn't use it as i ended up having a late night!).
Pool table opposite the bar which the kids had fun.
Getting petrol was literally around the corner which was convenient.

Pros:

Loved the location only problem was the air conditioning no instructions to use it very hot room couldnt get on the Internet also but room service was fantastic lovely breakfast wouod come again but issues of room air conditioning also a welcome pack would be helpful to guests also
