Good location with good road links to everywher really. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bar shut early so if you were out and about and got back a bit later it would be touch and go for a night cap.

rude staff on reception
Cons:

I was checked into the incorrect room, i paid for a “king size” bed and had a double and single .. when informing reception they said that’s what you picked but my confirmation stated “extra large bed” kingsize … nothing was done or no alternative was given, poor customer service .. reception staff didn’t want to know and started speaking to the next person in the queue

Pros:

The location was great. The food was pretty good, staff was helpful.

Cons:

The first room we were given had an odd smell, the second room smelled of Marijuana, they went to find a room and returned with another room option. No offer to rectify the bad impression. The beds were Very soft, more soft than I like as when sitting on the edge of the bed you nearly fall to the floor. The bathroom was quite small.
