Great as always the staff are amazing!
Pros:

Rooms are always clean staff are lovely great location

Cons:

Toilet roll when booked for more than one night leave enough toilet roll for the days we are staying I hate having to keep asking reception for more

A great welcome leading to an excellent stay.
Pros:

Great stay with very good attention to details. Jess and the FOH staff, excellent. Breakfast and again being shown around, excellent. A credit to the IHG group.

The stay was fine but I did not like the access issue. This is a risk.
Pros:

Booking in, room, temperature in bedroom. Shower good.

Cons:

Room service finishes at 9pm. Menu states 24 hours. Tray service is £10. Being looked out of the bedroom at 11 am. I needed to access a bedroom where a vulnerable adult was staying. I was unable to do this. This is poor. Breakfast is described as fabulous. It is not.
