Convenient
They don’t care about their guests. Booked an accessible room after total hip replacement surgery. Arrived at the earliest check-in to learn they had given my room away. Unacceptable!
Breakfast was great! Much better than other hotel breakfasts, hotel was clean, everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again next time we travel to OH

The staff were polite and flexible
I emailed the hotel the day before letting them know that I would be a late arrival. The day of my check in I called to ensure that my reservation was my canceled and provided my card number over the phone. The receptionist said that the card would be run around 3am with the night auditor. I arrived at 4 am and the reservation was canceled and the receptionist said he wasn't informed. (Not my problem, I emailed and called) I was charged a higher nightly rate directly through them, instead of Booking.com rate. I was also charged a higher pet stay rate than what was listed on the booking.com details. I had to extend my stay by 2 nights, that receptionist didn't charge me for my pets, (again not my problem). Our last night, Dayton had heavy rainfall and the bathroom flooded from the ceiling due to the roof not being sealed. Now the hotel doesn't want to refund me my security deposit claiming the extra cleaning they had to do and the room being down for 2 days. You have to replace the whole ceiling in the bathroom anyway!
We don’t have hot water during our stay
The staff was very accommodating
Room was in poor shape. Ironing board was broken, the couch squeaked loudly with any movement, furniture was banged up, refrigerator was frozen solid, and the cable was out due to a storm so there was no tv
It was clean and comfortable! Nice Breakfast bar!
There was no hot water but was told this at chek in., It was a little run down, thin walls could hear neighbors all night long.
Clean and friendly
Breakfast was excellent. Rooms comfortable.
Rooms were older but clean. Friendly staff and complimentary hot breakfast. The rooms also had a refrigerator and microwave.
The grab bars had been removed in the shower and not replaced. It was scary for my mom to get in and out of it. The tub could have had some non slide resurfacing.
Breakfast was decent. Staff was great. Pool available.
Would have like to have had a lounge chair to lay on by the pool.
