Excellent location and very clean.

Booked and paid for 3 nights, left after 2!
Day 1:Upon arrival there was men’s underware laying behind the door on the floor. Could that bathroom have been cleaned? I doubt it. Turning the shower on took brute strength. That first night there were doors slamming until 2:30 AM.
Day 2: We killed several stink bugs in the room. Our room was never cleaned, had to go downstairs to request clean towels. By this time we’d had enough and even though we prepaid 3 days, we checked out after 2.
We didn’t choose this location, a relative did trying to prep the stay for 6 rooms for a family funeral. Very dissatisfied.
The breakfast was pretty good and the gentleman at the front desk was awesome.
We had to switch rooms because the fridge wasnt working at all in the forst room and they were sold out and then the second room the fridge was frozen up so it wasn't working either. We had to put our food in the kitchen downstairs to be able to keep it cold and we were on the 4th floor.
Check in/out was quick and easy.

The room seemed good cost and breakfast was good
The fitness room had a treadmill and bike machine, the other things 2things felt broke. The bed was very stiff, the bathroom faucet was hard to turn on, and we only had very few cable channels to work with without a guide and they literally repeated the same thing for hours.
Nothing.
There were bed bugs and nothing was clean. A lot of the rooms have "permanent" stay guests.
The breakfast
The mattress creaked each time you moved, the office chair looked old and also creaked each time you moved, the deadbolt didn't lock so we didn't feel secure enough so we had to use stuff in front of the door to block it in since the chain was not enough, one out of two elevators was down in a sold out hotel. There was a spill in the elevator and instead of cleaning it up they just put a sign on the floor, for the bathroom toilet we couldn't flush like normal we had to flush twice or hold it down longer. Hallway light was flickering so much that we couldn't use it during our stay.
