Hervorragend, sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ausschlaggebend für unsere Wahl war der angebotene Flughafenshuttle. Der Fahrer war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service ausgesprochen freundlich.

Solides Hotel nah am Flughafenterminal

Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, gute Lage direkt am Flughafen.

Cons:

Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen: Teils defekte Lampen und quietschende Türen.

Cons:

I arrived and my room had a big spider on my pillow - I think it was the infamous nosferatu which is around NRW. I went back to the reception, they gave me another room next door... An even bigger spider was on the wall. I went back and all they had was another room nextdoor to this latest. It seems the ground floor rooms are next to some not well maintained plants, with gaps under the air con unit and a panel missing in one room I think they may have found a nest there. Sadly no rooms available anywhere else in the hotel and after a late flight I needed to sleep so settled on the third where I couldn't see any visible spiders. Yet it let to a very sleepless night. Very disappointed.

sotto il letto c'erano sigarette e pillole medicine di qualche persona che ha soggiornato prima e molta polvere mi e caduta una cuffia a terra e nel raccoglierla mi sono accorta della sporcizia sotto i letti

Uns gefällt das Early Bird Breakfast für Gäste, die so früh abreisen, dass sie nicht frühstücken können. Das ist eine tolle Sache. Wir buchen immer hier, wenn wir von Köln fliegen.
