Pros:

Gute Lage. An sich ein solides Zimmer. Schön ist, dass ein kostenfreier Flughafenshuttle angeboten wird.

Cons:

Der Geruch im Zimmer war seltsam und super unangenehm - das habe ich bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Scheinbar lag es an der Klimaanlage. Ein anderes Zimmer konnte wegen Vollauslastung nicht angeboten werden. Am morgen wollte ich Duschen, hab das Fußhandtuch hochgehoben und es zeigte sich leider eine Kakerlake. Reinlich war das Zimmer nicht gänzlich.
Das Frühstücksangebot hat mich von dee Qualität nicht angesprochen.

Convenience next to the airport

Cons:

The staff were really unhappy that I’d booked through booking.com, stating the option id booked didn’t exist.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. But the corridors and room smelt like smoking, even though there’s a no smoking policy.

When checking out, a mouse was running up and down the reception.

Für den Besuch eines Sportevents in Köln super.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Zimmer gepflegt und sauber, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Blick noch hinten ins Grüne toll und nichts vom Flughafen mitbekommen. Frühstück ist gut, besonders empfehlenswert sich ein Omelett und frisches Spiegelei zu bestellen. Nähe zu und Anbindung nach Köln super.

Cons:

Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Fahrstuhl hat nicht zuverlässig funktioniert (aufgrund einer Einschränkung beim Gehen, eine Herausforderung).

Close to airport with frequent shuttle . Very comfortable bed. Effective air conditioning . Really nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

The shower head wouldn't stay in position and spray directed to wall. The phone needed cleaning. The air conditioning was behind the curtain so a section of curtain had to remain open.
Vegetarian options are limited on menu.

Misbehaved by male receptionist in the night time on 19/06/2026.

Everything was nice we enjoyed a lot. It is a very peaceful and convenient room. Staff was so nice and helpful.

Yesterday 19/06/2026 night my husband got puzzled while coming to restaurant took wrong train 3 times after 4 hours travel hardly he reached on terminal 1 and finally he called at restaurant's reception to send the shuttle to pickup him at was around 11:30 pm. He was very tired and we don't know the German language so it becomes more difficult for us to commute from one place to another.. when he called at the hotel for a shuttle to pickup him , shuttle was available and driver was present there still the receptionist said can you please book the 🚗 cab on Uber and come here and please bring the receipt to we will pay you. My husband got disappointed a alot He walked to the hotel at night. We never thought that night staff would behave like this with us. Anyway we were very appointed because of that male receptionist in the night yesterday otherwise everything was fine.
