It was an awful night of sleep.
Pros:

The receptionist was wonderful. The man serving at Starbucks too.

Cons:

I booked a "Junior Queen Suite", hoping for a comfortable hotel stay for my partner's birthday. I got instead a full-sized bed, rather than a queen-sized one as was promised. We got in late so couldn't change rooms. The bed was not only full-sized, but uncomfortable and springy, and tiny movement of an arm would be felt by the other. It was stuffy in the room, no windows. The AC was very loud, and when turned off, it would emit a ticking noise. There was a couch, but not extra blanket to allow for more sleep.
