Some other time I feel the night manager is a little under trained i cant understand why Hilton has a policy to hire managers whom speak English as a second language
There always seems to be a disconnect
But all and all its expectable just miss working with native Americans
Nothing special just location
We left too early to eat breakfast (5 a.m.)
The location was fantastic with many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was bigger than usual. It was clean and tidy.
The breakfast was too simple compared with other Hilton hotels. The food was often not enough. Moreover, there was no free coffee or tea station in the lobby area. It was necessary especially in such a cold weather. It was not comfortable to sit in the lobby without a hot drink on the hand. In the fitness center, I experienced once that the water machine was running out of water. It was around 9:00P.M. I asked help at the reception, but the staff said that the responsible person was off from work. I cannot imagine that no other people in such a big hotel can help refill the water. Strange experience.

Parking for guest is $30. I think they need to add that online.

Solicitaron un reembolso de 100 dólares a mi llegada al hotel, lo hice con mi tarjeta de débito, se realizó el débito de consumo y ellos dicen que no se hizo, que se ejecutó el reverso pero no me indican o me dan pruebas por escrito.
Fui a mi banco en mi país Ecuador y ellos me indican que esa transacción fue de consumo , que me deben dar la evidencia del reverso.
Envié el correo con mi queja y nunca contestaron.
Por esta situación la experiencia no puedo calificar la bien.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable.
The only issue was that the bath water didn’t get quite hot enough.
The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to reach nearby restaurants and shops. The room was a comfortable size and very neat. The bed and furnishings were cozy, contributing to a pleasant stay. Room service was prompt as well.
The breakfast was OK, but I was expecting more options available.
Loved the location and the underground parking garage.
The staff. The one from Gambia.
Clean but style is old.
