Pros:

Good bed, nice view we were on the top floor

Cons:

We stayed in the “old” part of the hotel and a few things were below the standard of a 4 star hotel.
Expired cream for the coffee, the the tv remote didn’t work, then they forgot the coffee in the breakfast (room service), I asked for dairy free milk and they brought lactose free milk. Which I appreciate is similar but not the same if you’re intolerant or allergic

Very good hotel, right in the middle of the city
Pros:

Great rooms, with a view of Koningsalle, very beautiful. Plenty of amenities, staff gave us a small welcoming gift, which we appreciated a lot. Check-in staff was very fast, polite and helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping straight up opened our door to announce that they are housekeeping staff. Everything was fortunately okay, but could be very easily an awkward experience.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral, die Mitarbeiter immer zuvorkommend.

Cons:

In die Etagen von der Lobby kommt man nur mit 2 Aufzügen, das nervt etwas, gerade wenn man abreisen will, dann dauert es ewig, bis man mal Platz hat und der Aufzug anhält
