Amazing stay -- comfy beds and great service. Richard and Joy were our favorites!!
Amazing experience. We visit New Orleans a few times a year and usually stay at Le Meridien Hotel. Every stay gets better as the leadership is definitely going in the right direction. From the moment we arrived, Richard greeted us with a hospitality welcome. Our stay was elevated when we met Tynesha at the front desk. Your genuine care and professionalism are why this is the best touring city in the US. See yall soon.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. It was very lovely and the staff was very nice. If I could call everyone out by name I would. They were so friendly. Richard was especially nice and quick with aiding us with our bags. 10/10 experience
Richard is the best!!! 10/10 service and hospitality
Great locations, staff was amazing! Felt like I was with family!
My stay at LMNO was wonderful. Great customer service at check in, clean room with several amenities, comfortable bed and hot shower. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great too within the Arts District and away from all the noise but an easy walk into the French Quarter and other areas.
Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.
Stayed at the Le Meridien in New Orleans for a week and our family loved every minute of our stay.
The outdoor rooftop pool, easy access to the streetcars and walking distance from so many attractions made it a wonderful stay.
However, what took it over the top was the service from the entire staff of the Le Meridien (specifically Richard). Richard was a smiling face greeting us when we arrived and was helping us each day until our departure. It was a home away from home feeling.
Everyone was so friendly the staff made my birthday so special
There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel
Great service. Took care of my tv issue and gave me a late check out. Great gym. Definitely recommend.
Let me start with this: my friend and I are older than the demographic this hotel is marketing to. It's a couple of blocks west of the French Market in the central business district (aka west of Canal St.), and we're 50+. I totally get it...
We where checking in on a Friday evening, and it wasn't surprising that a few people were ahead of us in the front desk line. I was all all good with front desk staff flirting with the group in front of us - so it's nothing that I would have an issue with. But this went on for a while... and on, and then... it went on for some more. The Marriott titanium member in our party was about to blow a gasket.
But eventually we got keys and made it to the room, and from there it was....meh.
The elevators were fine, the beds were fine, the bathroom was fine, the coffee service could use some work, but overall a solid... average
I should mention that we really didn't eat or drink there - less than a block away is Mother's, which hypes the ham (and it's good), and the Po'boys are terrific! And Catty-Corner to the Le Meridien is the Hotel Fontenot, which has one of the coolest cocktail lounges (the Peacock room) in the CBD.
Would I stay here again? Nope!
There's just too many cooler hotels that have it all....
We spent a week here while my husband was at the AIHA Conference. This is an older hotel but it has been updated. Our suite was extremely spacious and clean. The housekeeping was hit or miss. Some days they would vacuum, clean mirrors, wipe down counters and some days just leave towels. Very inconsistent. The front desk staff was always friendly and cheerful. We ate breakfast each morning at the bar. Tawana was exceptional! That girl works hard with a smile on her face!! Great location…close to the French Quarter and the Warehouse district. all in all a good stay.
Coco was extremely helpful when I was checking in. She answered all my questions & was very friendly!
Location. Clean. Aesthetic.
Thank You Drea for your great NOLA hospitality & Smile!
Location
Five nights of staying at the hotel our room got cleaned one time. I would have to trace down fresh towels
