The staff was very friendly.
The shower didn’t work properly. No matter how we had the temperature set, it would shoot scalding hot water randomly. I have patchy burns all over my back and legs that are now peeling. Management did nothing to fix it, and the hotel was oversold, so we couldn’t change rooms. The walls are also paper thin, and with the location being where it is, there were screaming children and screaming drunk people in the hallways at all hours. The shower was also leaking, so every time we tried to use it, the bathroom flooded. We never had enough towels and the ones they provided were basically disintegrating.
Location
Staff- Valet don’t allow Uber to park in front of, send us to the street and no kelp with luggage. Front desk, lady talk with us and same time she got private conversation in her headphone. She gives me the worst room, hotel was almost empty. Bad experience. For any regular thing I need to call.
The hotel provides a great location, staff was friendly and addressed all our questions regarding the room and services. We stayed for 4 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. The cleaning crew did an amazing job keeping the room nice and organized.
The only thing that bothered us was the fact that we could not use our $13 credit for bar services on checkout day.
I absolutely LOVED my stay at Le Méridien New Orleans! I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans.
The best part of my stay was the exceptional service from a front desk representative named Shandrea. Drea was super sweet, attentive, and always had a smile on her face when assisting guests. Her kindness truly made the experience even better.
I will definitely be back soon!
Really liked our stay here. Great location and amenities. Good value.

Wonderful, in walking distance to the french quarter and bourbon street which was a plus! Water was scalding hot, which I loved.
NA
Unwelcoming front desk, specifically Friday around 3:30pm / 4:30pm when we checked in. Arriving valet seemed annoyed, $52-$57 dollars for an annoyed valet. Departing bellman, not personal. Poor maintenance of room, hot water rattle off and on, we had to turn it off. Stain, possibly coffee on the bed frame. Housekeeping cleaned the room but did not empty the trash. Carpet seemed soiled, needed a deep clean, no robes
available. Room had a sewage smell, we caught a whiff when entering the property. Later that day we noticed the front desk burning candles, we also smelled the same smell there as well as outside around the valet area. Reward membership never mentioned at check in, when asked about it at check out we were told it was not possible since we booked on line, a first. For us as we travel frequently. The highlight was the welcoming bellman whom was able to move our room when we arrived at the first room. The front desk told us we would need to wait until the next day to move rooms. The hotel was not full when arrived, the front desk (Friday staff) simply was simply not accommodating with No empathy, or care. Finally, the $25 dollars amenity fee, why?
This is the first review we have written review, this is how underwhelming the property was. This stayed did not compare to the many of properties we have stayed during April for my annual birthday trip.

Center of town
Beautiful room!
The pool was not heated even though they said it was. We waited over 45 min for the valet to get our car, ????
This was the best hotel I give it 5 stars 10/10 stay I would recommend this hotel to anybody I love it here 5 mins from Bourbon Street Bed so soft
It don't have a microwave
