At check-in, I must admit we were quite saddened to learn that our 7-year-old son would not be able to use the swimming pool indoor facilities due to the hotel’s policy, and that their external pool was closed for maintenance works. This came as an unexpected disappointment for our family.
However, what happened next truly touched us. Their team took the time to listen and understand our situation, and then went above and beyond to find a solution by allowing our son (and other children staying in their hotel) to use the pool on an exceptional basis in the mornings from 09:00 to 10:00. This thoughtful gesture meant so much more to us than we can easily put into words.
The staff responsiveness, flexibility, and above all their human and compassionate approach made a real difference to our stay. It transformed what could have been a challenging experience into a memory we will always cherish with gratitude.
