Pros:

The Crowne Plaza Rome welcomes you with a lot of information helping clients to enjoy the staying in Rome. It has an amazing staff and high standard of service. About the services I am very impressed by their professionalism. The foods are very delicious. The prices are convenient compared to the other hotels. The hotel is close to the bus station if you want to use it. The bus is available every 15 or 20 minutes. Of course, the hotel offers a bus round way
to the Vatican, downtown, and Colosseo every hour in a good price.
I enjoyed my staying in this hotel.

Cons:

Rude reception staff, blocked our room keys after one night even though our booking was for 2 nights. They claim their system only had one night registered. No apologies, according to reception staff booking.com should not be used and only book directly with hotel, if so why is IHG using booking.com services? Nice budget hotel otherwise but rude and incompetent reception
