Great hotel amaizing Staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and great Staff! Special thank you for Franci who checked us in and tell me like EVERYTHING before I asked. No additional questions needed. Food was great and Staff in the restaurant very Kind. Piano is the nice touch ☺️
The only think i have on my mind is the SPA service. When we wanted to have a relaxing bath after a looong day od walking, an hour before closing they were suprised and disapointed(?). They also starting cleaning 40 minutes before closing so you can feel a bit uncomfortable.
Overal 9/10! 🎉

The hotel is perfect.

Cons:

The hotel is perfect, but the accessible room was a little too narrow for my sons, who use power wheelchairs. Accessible rooms should provide more space for mobility.

A lovely relaxing stay
Pros:

Was a lovely stay,the resturant manager was very friendly and came spoke to us and asked about service and stay, he made it special for my husbands birthday, good experience overall with all staff, spa was lovely to unwind after all walking in rome.

Not as good as we expected but overall not a bad experience either.
Pros:

Happy with the quality of the rooms and the excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Disappointed with the staff in the restaurant for dinner. They were pleasant enough, but the service was extremely slow and they got our orders confused almost every time we ate there.

Wonderful Crowne Plaza
Pros:

My husband and I have recently returned from a weekend break in Rome staying at this hotel. What can I say. Excellent, outstanding, wonderful everything about it. The hotel itself, interiors, facilities and environs. The restaurant, bar, food and drinks but most remarkable were the staff. They were so friendly, warm, welcoming , professional and super efficient. We were treated like royalty actually and they helped us with every aspect of our trip and navigating a new city. We hope to return to Rome again very soon and will always if possible want to stay at this hotel. Proximity to city centre and transport options superb . Our stay here has been very comfortable and relaxing and just added to the magical nature of our time in Rome. Thank you to the wonderful staff at crowne plaza.

We would come back here again
Pros:

We really enjoyed staying here. The experience was made special by the wonderful staff who were friendly, helpful and efficient. They knew what they were doing and came across as professional and competent.
Everywhere was kept very clean.
Our room was a bit ‘tired’ but we slept well and felt rested. The pool was nice too!

Spacious hotel room for the area!
Pros:

We really loved the deck and the spacious rooms. No AC so I can't imagine staying here in the summer. The breakfast was amazing!! But The room fridge broke twice but the maintenance was very attentive and responsive. Housekeeping didn't come around the entire time we were there. We stayed in Florence and Venice and they were way more clean and came around without us asking with better city locations. This location is not central and difficult to get anywhere unless you taxi or uber.
