Terrible service, decent room. The lady Vanessa made my stay very unpleasant. She needs serious training.
Pros:

Property usually has a woman named Kimberly working and she is awesome

Cons:

The lady Claudette working during my stay was very rude. Not only did she give me attitude but she also talked to another customer insulting me. She was very unprofessional. And both times I checked in I had to wait 10 minutes because she wasn’t at the desk.

Amazing Hotel Room.
Pros:

Amazing hotel, to be honest, better than I expected, the parking is really huge and great. The bed is really good , the room size is also really good. It is only 4 to 5 km from the center. It is really good.

Cons:

The price was little higher because of SXSW.

My go-to in Austin
Pros:

Good value for money. Ample parking, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area, good location.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t heated but apparently this is common in Texas!

Pros:

Staff were attentive, friendly, all round brilliant throughout our stay. Location was helpful to where we needed to be. Requests for iron and being away from the elevator were granted.

Pros:

All went well the staff were great and everything was clean and comfortable. just out side of the CBD so about 10 minutes by car so easy to get around.
