Great staff and hotel amenities
Pros:

Used hotel for convention. Management was great to work wit. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and provided fantastic service, Large meeting rooms, huge exercise room and nice outdoor pool

Terrible!
Pros:

Cons:

This place possibly has mold. I work in construction management and the air was very bad. They try covering the musty smell with a strong floral fragrance but it only makes it worse. The hotel did not have hot water and they offered a refund but the front desk attendant was new and did not know how to complete the refund process. I have still not received my 2 night refund.

Management seems to have given up
Pros:

All guest rooms lacked hot water and many common areas had no functioning air conditioning throughout a hot Austin weekend stay. The property has many areas of deferred maintenance. It’s budget friendly but smelly in the common areas and the lack of hot water is inexcusable. The surrounding area is not attractive or safe at night with no amenities in short walking distance. On the upside, for lower-budget conferences, the meeting space is good-sized and logically arranged.

Pros:

The location and I have been there before.

Cons:

The staff The smell of mold the blood on the sheets the over filled pool no phone in the room so I left a day early and then they charged me more money and refused to answer my phone calls.

Really, i think it’s pretty clear! Do better!

I like the woman at the desk and the shuttle driver.

Cons:

I arrived early and wanted to check in to get to work. I was told I had to pay $30.00 to do that. I waited in the lobby for over an hour and then given the key to my room. I was given a horrible room right across the hall from house keeping. It was so loud there all day with staff running back and forth, people talking, carts wheeled back and forth, impossible to get any work done. I went to the bar to order dinner from the restaurant which did not seat people. It took forever to get the meal. In the morning I went to get a coffee with milk to go and I was told that they didn’t have that.
