Best stay in a long time
Pros:

I travel a ton and the Hotel was super clean, super friendly and helpful all staff. The breakfast crew in the restaurant was the best I ever experienced. They were attentive, friendly and worked as a team to ensure service was excellent all week. Chef even came out and greeted guests. Top notch experience the entire week.

The hotel is nice. Nice was not as informative as they should be with additional charges.
Cons:

No free breakfast. If so, I was not aware of. I was not told about the destination fees for leaving the hotel in addition to the overnight stay fee.

Pros:

Very nice hotel for attending a seminar. Quiet, clean, and decent restaurants. The price was very reasonable. A pleasant surprise, the mattress and pillows were both excellent.

Alma’s the BEST!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional, from check in to check out! Estuardo in valet was very helpful and patient! Alma in the diner was the BEST!! She was attentive, polite and I felt like family! Every encounter with her was great as she was willing to go above and beyond even while not in the diner. We will be coming back just because of our experience with these two!
