Coming from a cold climate. The,air was still on in the room. When I asked a front desk attendant why when I turned the thermostat to 80 it won't get warm. She stayed that they do not cut the heat on yet. I hate getting out of the shower to a cold room.

Frühstück war okay, nichts besonderes. Eher teuer für das, was es ist, zudem muss man wissen, dass selbst wenn es bei booking.com inkludiert ist, ist das Trinkgeld nicht inkludiert
Ich erwarte von einem renommierten Hotel, dass es in der Lage ist mir eine Rechnung auszustellen, insbesondere wenn ich als Business Reisender einchecke. Ich wurde beim Check out abgewimmelt mit der Begründung, dass ich über "Third party" (also Booking.com) gebucht habe, und somit Booking.com für die Rechnung verantwortlich sei. So ein Problem hatte ich noch nicht mal in irgendwelchen Marriott- oder Hilton Hotels.
Jeglicher Kontaktversuch per E-Mail, selbst über den Booking Support wurde ignoriert und am Telefon wird einem nur gesagt, dass sie da nichts machen können.
Jeder Gast, der eine Rechnung benötigt, um bspw. das Geld wieder von seiner Firma zurückzuverlangen, sollte dieses Hotel meiden.
I liked the location it was very beautiful food at the restaurant was good ..
I didn’t like the fact that we paid for a night the 12th-13th but we got there the night of the 12th around 12 o’clock that night and we paid but when the next day came the 12th still but the morning and day of the 12th we ran to the store and came back and the room key wasn’t working on the elevator we went to the front desk to see about it they had done checked us out and made us pay again for that same night that we had just paid for . So we had to pay double when we didn’t have to do that the last time we stayed that was our 2nd time and we most definitely won’t be staying again cause of that !!!!

The receptionist, CiCi went above and beyond to welcome us upon check-in. We had a lovely room on the 22nd floor, which was older but very clean and comfortable.
The elevators were mechanically noisy, and we were nervous to utilize them.

Really good food at Ara restaurant. Jasmine and Martha went over and beyond to assist me prior to and during my stay. I also found the shuttle helpful.
