Gutes Hotel, nettes Personal, günstig gelegen, jedoch im Zimmerbereich noch einige Schwächen.
Pros:

Günstig gelegen, 2min bis zum Bus, 10min Fußweg bis zur U-Bahn Station. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Unglaublich engagierter Barkeeper der wirklich alles für die Gäste tat um Ihnen ein barinternes Public Viewing während er der WM zu bieten.
Betten sehr gut, Aussicht auf die Alster toll, sehr ruhiges Zimmer obwohl direkt gegenüber eines Aufzugs gelegen hat man nichts gehört.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Egal, um wieviel Uhr man dort war.

Cons:

Am Wochenende unglaublich voll im Frühstücksraum mit Warteschlange. Hinweisschilder darauf hängen überall. Unter der Woche jedoch alles super!
Der Zimmerservice brachte mal ein frisches Glas, mal nicht. Das Bettlaken wurde trotz eindeutiger Verschmutzung (unser Verschulden!) erst am 2. Tag gewechselt. Und es gab kein einziges Schrank-Fach um Shirts abzulegen. Wir haben dann die Kofferablage dafür genutzt und die Koffer in den Raum gelegt. Nur ein sehr enger Hängeschrank für vielleicht 5 Teile war vorhanden. Der Raum war sehr, sehr eng.
Um zu duschen musste man in eine kleine Badewanne steigen.

Der Kühlschrank ist leer, deshalb kann man auch eigene Getränke kühlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist immer noch glatt. die Bedienung braucht Zeit. Die Duschlotion ist schlecht platziert. Der Aufzug hat in E keine Anzeige. Der rechte Aufzug ist schlecht einsehbar. Andere Gäste standen auch davor obwohl der rechte Aufzug offen war.
