Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally described as very clean and well maintained in multiple reviews, but a few specific hygiene concerns (toothpaste residue, bathroom without door) and notes that housekeeping has room for improvement.
Service
9.2
Consistently praised: very friendly, welcoming and service-minded staff at reception and bar; several guests explicitly noted excellent and attentive personnel.
Location
9.2
Multiple positive mentions: quiet location near the Außenalster, convenient bus/tram/train connections and pleasant walks into the city; bus stop directly outside noted several times.
Room Quality
8.6
Rooms described as modern, comfortable and quiet with good beds and balconies/Alster views for some; some issues noted (small blankets, missing small table, bathroom layout concerns).
Amenities
8.5
Good range of amenities cited (breakfast buffet, capsule coffee machine, parking and EV charging); bar exists but drink pricing was criticized by guests.
Value for Money
7.8
Mixed signals: many found the experience good but a few specific complaints about high prices (cocktails, charged cake) and one guest worried about hygiene versus price, lowering perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast buffet repeatedly praised for large selection and quality; criticisms include crowded/noisy breakfast room and a few service/organization limits (assigned seating for breakfast).
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall positive guest sentiment with multiple guests stating they would return; a few notable negatives (pricing, occasional cleanliness/service lapses) slightly temper the otherwise strong experience.

Ansprechendes Hotel in zentraler ruhiger Lsge
Pros:

Großes Hotel in zentraler ruhiger
