Service miserabel
Cons:

Direkt bei Ankunft haben wir einen verstopften Abfluss im Hotelzimmer vorgefunden. Anstatt uns ein neues Zimmer zu geben, wurde eine Servicekraft vorbeigeschickt, welcher sich um den verstopften Abfluss gekümmert hat (hat 30min gedauert).
Am Abend mussten wir dann feststellen, daß der Abfluss noch immer verstopft war.
Das habe ich noch Abends zusammen mit dem Mangel einer nicht schliessenden Badezimmertür per booking.com gemeldet, worauf aber nicht entsprechend reagiert wurde.
Wir sind daher bereits einen Tag vorher abgereist.
Ich habe von dem Hotel keine angemessene Entschuldigung und keine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten erhalten.

Dazu kommt noch, daß unser Wunsch aufgrund eines runden Geburtstages nach einem schönen Zimmer ignoriert wurde, ganz im Gegenteil wurde uns ein eher schlechtes Zimmer zugeteilt. Zudem wurden wir beim Frühstück auf dem Geburtstag mitteln im stark frequentierten Gang platziert wurden.
Eine absolute Missachtung meines Wunsches hat mich sehr geärgert.

Pros:

Freundliches Personal und sehr gute ruhige Lage. Wenn man einen Tiefgaragenplatz bucht (29€ pro Übernachtung) besteht die Möglichkeit das E-Auto für "4 Stunden" ohne weitere Kosten zu laden.

Cons:

Alles im Verhältnis zum Preis pro Nacht betrachtet! Zimmer mäßige Sauberkeit und auch über 3 Tage keine Besserung. Frühstücksbuffet wird dem Hotel nicht gerecht. 29€ pro Nacht Parkhausplatz etwas zu teuer.
Keine Nachfrage vom Personal wie der Aufenthalt war.

Gutes Hotel an der Außenalster
Pros:

Gutes Hotel an der Außenalster in einer Nebenstraße im Stadtteil St. Georg. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. von unserem Zimmer konnten wir die Außenalster sehen. Das Zentrum ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. St. Georg bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Trinken. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Hotelgarage gegen Gebühr.

Das Frühstück ist super, es gibt so viel Auswahl, sodass definitiv für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Große Auswahl an Säften, Käse, Jogurt usw..
Und das Personal beim Frühstück war auch immer sehr freundlich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für einen Städtetrip auch super. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, wo alle 5 min ein Bus direkt in weniger als 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof fährt.
