The tv didn’t work. I called down to ask for the code and she said she had to contact her boss to ask. No problem. Well

Was mostly comfortable to lay our head down for a few hours!

The bathroom had dead roaches and a couple of live ones.
The sheets were put on backwards.

Clean, quiet, not crowded

Cons:

The workmanship of the interior facilities was sloppy. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from the wall, ready to fall. The bathroom door did not close, there was no soap and either of the containers.
Breakfast was very good and had a lot of various items.

Nice staff but building has seen better days.
Pros:

Breakfast staff were very nice. It's great to have the breakfast available and included.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty run down in general, not the cleanest, the room did not smell good and there were ants in the room. It's been a long time since I've stayed at a Best Western, so maybe this was to be expected.

We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again when we come back in October.
Pros:

Breakfast was not very good. Sorry! The eggs were dried out and rubbery. The waffle was good. Liked the strawberry topping. Prefer real maple syrup not the fake stuff. Bacon on Sunday was good. I prefer my bacon extra crispy, but I still ate it.
Loved the mattresses and blankets.
Had a slight issue with the cleanliness of our bathroom. Got it all straightened out quickly.

Cons:

Other than some if the breakfast items, things were acceptable.
