Adequate but pricy
Ease of parking is great. Staff friendly. Elevator was so busy. Had to wait 15 min to get from parkade to lobby to check in, then wait 10 min for elevator from lobby to room. Bath tub drain was stuck closed so had to shower in standing water. Tub drained slowly over the course of the night.

The location was perfect for our needs. And it is a short walk to the False Creek waterfront park.
The property was very convenient to access VGH and the Cancer Clinic. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and amenities. We did find the outlets for plug in beside the beds did not work well as they were very loose. There were no usb plug ins. Updates in this area would be helpful.
Big, clean room and great staff. Free breakfast was great except that the food was cold.

This was just what we needed near transport hubs , clean and comfortable
Really bad bed, no support. Towels were scratchy and linen was worn. The shampoo, etc was bargain quality. On the plus side the location was great, the Wi-Fi was strong and parking [$23] was convenient.
Center area, easy to connect thru public transport.

It was the best location for transit and for walking around to enjoy the sights!
Non refrigeration half and half instead of that crappy powder. It’s a waste having a coffee machine and hot kettle if no tea bags

air conditioning not too cold only fan. Drain for the tub doesn’t stay open have to hold it to drain the water. Buffet breakfast the sausage/ bacon are cold and hard.

We got in late....just as the restaurant was closing and they still made us up a sandwich and fries. No worries they said. Super friendly and very attentive staff

Clean and classy environment, nice pool and gym. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choices and lots of space in the restaurant! Easy walk or train to where we wanted to visit!
Better than usual Holiday inn. Nice room and staff. Only complaint no milk for coffee and not enough tea bags
