Clean comfortable hotel perfectly located for visiting university

Location excellent for visiting university student granddaughter. Convenient parking. Clean comfortable room

Cons:

Instead of a welcome note there was a list of what we’d have to pay if we damaged anything. A bit off putting!
Sound proofing not very good - we were disturbed by noise during the night

Pros:

When we arrived the bedroom window had been left fully open the room was like a fridge. Turned on radiator in room but not working . The your lady on reception did get us an electric heater

Would stay again.
Pros:

Its location to the main campus

Cons:

Could have done with some USB sockets and the shower and sink drainage was a little slow
No option of a family room which would have been beneficial as need 2 separate rooms
