Bright new star in London
Pros:

Very friendly staff and nicely designed room! Total vibe is great and all design details are well done. The rooms with balcony/terras are worth the extra money.

Cons:

Breakfast menu works a bit clumsy with ordering in many big plates and with the size of the croissants and pain chocolats these are meals by itself…not realy in line with the sustainability to my opinion.

GREAT DECOR AND SOME INCREDIBLE STAFF
Pros:

I love the Decor and the Staff (bar one member of staff in the bar) were exceptionally friendly warm and welcoming. Matt from the resturant was superb and really made up for the rude member of staff in the bar.

Cons:

We walked into the bar as hotel guests and sat down. We were shouted at and asked to move by the bar manager. There were no reserved signs anywhere. Ive never been treated like that..i made a complaint and the hotel coudlnt of done enough for us..they were incredible actually.
