Great hotel in the heart of luxury London. Very comfortable and every detail is considered.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is exceptional - from Heathrow you just take the London Underground Piccadilly line to Greenpark and the hotel is a 2 minute walk from there. The room is very comfortable - great mattress and pillows.

Cons:

The hotel lobby coffee shop was exceptionally busy so i found it really hard to find a seat to have a morning coffee.

Great service and hotel, even better staff
Pros:

Amazing service and help from Riad and his team, they went above and beyond for us and made our stay and trip a 100 times better. He was so helpful and accommodating and made everything from us entering the hotel to us leaving the smoothest hotel trip we’ve had

Amazing
Pros:

Super friendly gentleman at the reception! Gave us an upgrade and cappuccino by check-in he gave us the warmest welcome! We loved the room! There was a bottle of champagne in the room with a little note. Everything was super personal I highly recommend this hotel.

Such a classy yet understated place, with exceptional service

Paid for an upgraded room which wasn’t really an improvement over the standard room on a previous visit.

Pure luxury with an earthy decor.
Pros:

The decor, the comfort of the room is outstanding

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was just ok. Breakfast was served cold, orange juice was fizzy, coffee warm ish. The lunch in the bar was also disappointing. It wouldn’t stop me staying there again though, as the hotel itself is simply beautiful and the location is excellent.
