Pros:

When we check in , we were greeted by Pablo , and we had an issue with Booking.com reservation ,he resolved the issue for us.
He was very polite, respective, and provided us a better price and a better room. He provided us information on the best restaurants for our taste. Pablo 10 out of 10

Good starting point for Ottawa visit
Pros:

Gutes Hotel, gute Lage, nicht weit vom Parlament etc. Bad, Betten, Raumgrösse, Personal, Einrichtungen alles i.O. Parking vor Ort, kostet was, aber ist gut zu haben.

Le temps passé à marcher dans la ville et découvrir comment c’est beau ottawa

Cons:

Le prix du déjeuner très moyen et le stationnement. J’ai été chanceux d’avoir un stationnement parce que je suis arrivé avant mon temps du CHECK IN et la personne au comptoir a eu la gentillesse de m’enregistrer pour que je puisse avoir un stationnement. Tu vas en vacance tu n’as pas envie de transporter tes valises sur une certaine distance. Mais l’emplacement était superbe et le personnel super gentil

.מלון קצת מיושן. ארוחת הבוקר לא כלולה במחיר. מקלחת - זרם מים חלש וראש מקלחת שראה ימים יפים יותר. בידוד חלונות מהרחוב דרוש שיפור.
