We were there for a wedding in the area. The location was perfect.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, and very convenient.
The location was perfect for walking around and site seeing.
There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Cons:

The cost of the breakfast was very overpriced.
It was easy...but not cheap!

The staff were so welcoming and very accomodating. I like how the hotel also prioritized safety for the guests with the keycards needed to enter the hotel.

A beautiful and warm Hote, In the Capital District of Canada (Ottawa)
Pros:

I have so far been at this hotel for two nights, the Hotel is huge, clean, well kept and mordern. The front desk manager Farour was helpful and accomadating. He went out of his way to address all my concerns, and questions, he took extra time to go to the kitchen and get me a bottle opner, late in the evening, something he did not have to do. The Resturant hostess Kaylee was very sweet, she took my order with a smile on her face, after I added to it 3x, ( Breakfast was amazing, btw). My room was clean and spacious, I was superised I stept out on christmas day, came back to my room it was cleaned, towels replaced and trash emptyed, I asseumed staff would be off for christmas. I will leave a healthy tip. The location is perfect in the middle of downtown, large heated pool, perfect for a swim workout. The Atmosphear and ambience of the area and the hotel is magnificient, A welcoming enviroment for family, business groups, or solo.

Wonderful time in ottawa
Pros:

Service is wonderful and it us in a middle of the by Market. The pool is warm and big enough to swim.

Cons:

One elevator was broken so it was sometimes long before to get the other one.

Pros:

Ich fand es gut, dass Hotel liegt super zentral, alles ist in Fußnähe erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über ober sowie unterirdische Parkplätze, dass ist äußerst rares gut in Ottawa Downtown. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß das mag ich.

Cons:

Das Hotel selber verfügt über kein Frühstück oder Frühstücksbuffet, es gibt allerdings ein Starbucks Bistro hinter der Lobby noch im selben Gebäude wo man sich quasi ein Frühstück kaufen kann, das habe ich auch 2x gemacht es schmeckt sehr gut aber ja es ist halt nicht im Hotel inklusive.

I asked for a high room with a city view. Was given second floor with “somewhat obstructed” courtyard view.
Cons:

We came into a nearly empty hotel out of a storm, we paid $300 and were placed in what seems likely to have been one of the worst rooms available. I reviewed my conversation at check in. I don’t believe I was rude or disrespectful. It’s hard to see how the room selection was anything other than intentional. I asked in the morning and they confirmed that the hotel was not full and said there was no method to assigning rooms. I asked for an explanation, I just wanted to understand. They declined to explain. The hotel paid for the parking and I said thank you and walked away.
