Well located comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The location was good as it was an easy walk to everything. The pool was great for the children.

Cons:

I didn't like the gap between the door and the frame, allowing you to actually see the corridor from within the room with the door open. Only a small gap, but worrying.

Parking expensive and had stairs between it and the lift, meaning you have to move the car to unload the bags, and then park.

Pros:

Location & convenience based on the purpose of our visit to Ottawa. Parking is also provided.

L’accueil, la propreté, les équipements complets. L’emplacement.

Cons:

Un bémol pour le groupe qui monopolisait la piscine. Peut être limiter le temps lorsqu’il y a un gros groupe .

We were there for a wedding in the area. The location was perfect.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, and very convenient.
The location was perfect for walking around and site seeing.
There were lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Cons:

The cost of the breakfast was very overpriced.
It was easy...but not cheap!

The staff were so welcoming and very accomodating. I like how the hotel also prioritized safety for the guests with the keycards needed to enter the hotel.
