San Vincenzo + Villa Livia/Villa Piani sehr gerne wieder !

Wir wurden bei der Anreise darüber informiert, dass es ein technisches Problem mit unserem Zimmer in der Villa Piani gibt und wir haben daher ein Appartment in der Villa Livia bezogen, welches sehr schön war.

Pros:

La posizione e' splendida, fronte mare e vista spettacolare. Camera da letto confortevole. Parcheggio auto interno alla struttura e comodo. Vicino alla zona pedonale della cittadina. Personale cortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in inverno. Il riscaldamento ha funzionato egregiamente. Animali ammessi con supplemento giornaliero. Ovviamente non posso valutare il servizio piscina e/o spiaggia che non sono fruibili un questa stagione.

Nulla di spiacevole da riportare.

Pros:

Die Lage könnte ja nicht besser sein. Direkt am Meer, unweit vom Dorfkern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Villa und Umgebung werden sehr gepflegt und liegt den Besitzern am Herzen. Das Reinigungspersonal ist extrem freundlich und effizient.

Cons:

Die Saison war leider schon zu ende, obwohl noch viele Schweizertouristen unterwegs waren. Viel war bereits geschlossen und auch Aktivitäten für die jüngere Generation waren nicht mehr buchbar. Desto trotz konnten wir sehr gut noch unsere Geschäftstermine wahrnehmen da die Lage sehr gut und zentral war.

Just a perfect find, with the lovely owner Roberta being so helpful and professional. We loved the place!

The location was perfect, the apartment spacious and light, the bed extremely comfortable and the terrace and views amazing. Secure property with secure parking made for a safe stay. What a joy!

Dass man eine Badehaube im Pool tragen muss.
Den Kaffee nur beim Gastgeber kaufen kann.
Hunde auf dem Gelände sind untersagt

Super - gerne wieder einmal. Doch für mich nur als Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Ich war nur für eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft, doch alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
