A great location and overall very comfortable stay, but for the price did not quite meet expectations.
Pros:

The location was excellent, a short walk to the main street. The hot tub and sauna were super, but the pool rather full of children and a little less relaxing. The room was large, we had a lovely view of the river, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.

Cons:

Plastic cups instead of real glasses. Paper cups instead of mugs for my coffee. No tea selection, nasty powder creamer and no spoons, just plastic stir sticks. For $250 a night without breakfast I don’t expect to feel like I am at a cheap motel. No kettle for boiling water, just the keurig that does not get water hot enough for tea. Housekeeping did not come, so our bed was not tidied, coffee not replenished, floor not cleaned (and it is March, so there was grit and dirt from our shoes all over the place by day three).

Cons:

I paid extra for a “river view” room.
Our view turned out to be the rooftop of an attached building almost obscuring the river.
Very disappointing.
