The bathroom was very small, no room to move around Shower head was terrible. The bed was terrible!! need to change mattress worn down on one side it was like you falling out of bed!!Terrible!!
we stayed here before and loved it but room 274 was terrible!! the last time I stayed in room 261 and it was great..
Net en comfortabel hotel op een gunstige locatie vlak bij de grens tussen Canada en de Verenigde Staten. De kamers waren schoon, netjes en boden voldoende comfort voor een prettig verblijf. Het ontbijt was bij de prijs inbegrepen en vormde een fijne start van de dag. In de directe omgeving ligt een park met enkele eetgelegenheden, waardoor je ook gemakkelijk iets kunt eten of even kunt wandelen. Al met al een prima hotel voor een overnachting in deze omgeving.

The beds were very comfortable. Got to have a nice swim as well (a bit on the chilly side - but it was nice and refreshing). Enjoyed dinner at Boston Pizza. Staff were friendly. Everything was clean. Lots of towels and the bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, liquid hand soap) were really nice... didn't need to bring my own (I could have saved suitcase room.
The survey asked if we went to Lakeside Beach - Nope - But we did go to Canatara beach (bring water shoes - lots of rocks)
Booking . com mixed up my reservation so I didn't end up closer to my adult kids and grandkids, rooms. But that was ok. Our room was closer to the pool.
This hotel is great, with great facilities.
The breakfast is really good. The gym has good equipments and clean. The pool is very large.
We've been here before and this time we were given a really small room.
A little disappointed with the staff that did our check in. Very cold and unfriendly. Did not explain to us half the things his colleague did to the previous guests.
Brandy and front desk staff were very inviting and knowledgeable. Entering the hotel smelled fresh and clean.
