Didn’t get much sleep
Pros:

Reception area was nice

Cons:

Room overlooked the highway and could hear the neighbour’s music all night. Flooring is cheap and planks move in the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff friendliness, quality breakfast, great variety of food choice, nice weight room with a greenspace view , comfortable beds, nice pool area. Good value.

Cons:

Overpowering smell of air freshener in the lobby and after our room was cleaned. There was no way to open a window to air out our room. This was a huge issue for us as I am a migraine sufferer. No monitoring of hallways, group of unsupervised kids hanging around our door for two days . Very loud. When multiple families with kids book together, the hotel should make an effort to put them apart from business travellers or couples traveling without children so that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy their stay. Or... Monitor the hallways so disruptive behavior doesn't bother the other guests.

Location, room size, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, not great. Fruit was either overripe or severely underripe (Avacado had the texture of carrots for example). Service was just ok.

We visit Sarnia once a year to see family, 4 Seasons really made us feel like home.
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Rooms came equipped with a microwave which was a bonus since we had kids. The pool facilities were great, and the hotel itself was very spacious and family friendly.

Cons:

Tbh, the pillows were really the only downside here, they were too soft. Would've been nice to have a firmer pillow but it wasn't enough to detract from our overall experience.
