Pros:

I chose this location to redeem Bonvoy points while traveling through Ontario. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect the standards of a loyalty program, particularly when it came to delivering even basic services. I would recommend saving your points for a property that truly understands and values guest loyalty.

Main floor very impressive. Rooms are just okay.

Cons:

Coffee in room was crapy..creamer for coffee was yucky/old. Bathroom smelled of mold. Not enough towels in bathroom.
