Everything. Pool was probably the best amenity as it was heated
Not much. Everything was good. Only thing was some of the people hanging around the area which the hotel cant control
Air conditioning and pool.
Bathroom light connected to other sink light so when you get up in middle of night everyone is awake because of the extra light. Should be 2 switches.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, kids loved the deep pool!
The water was nearly warm to shower
Breakfast is really no value. And 4 stars hotel no room service it’s really very bad. No complementary water bottles in the rooms, specially in summer heat.

Staff is the selling point of my stay. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful! Including dining room people.
My door to the room didnt close automatically so I needed to ensure it closed fully. That’s the only issue if I had to find something specifically with the hotel.
Very clean and smelled good.
The night clerk was very rude and did not take time to explain the particulars about the parking arrangement. Did not explain that there was access to the parking lot through the third floor. I walked down the ramp and around the street to get back to the front lobby. Are was very rude when I didn't know that I had to use my room key to open the front door.

Staff was warm and friendly. Parking was easy. Hotel room was big and clean.
Hotel facilities a bit worn down. Gym was very minimal. Hallway carpeting smelled bad. Location was sketchy with many drug-users and homeless wandering the streets.
