Pros:

The service at the ratison hotel in sudbury was excellent Everyone was polite and helpful

Cons:

The rooms are old and outdated but I can see that renovations are in progress

Pros:

Can’t think of anything unfortunately

Cons:

We were lodged in the basement of this hotel. It smelled strongly of mold and was horrible for my allergies. The walls are very thin and on top of that we had a group of people outside and in the hallway who were incredibly loud.

The durg addicted people around entrances to upper parking and surrounding area. From the parking garage we wound up in the shopping mall?? Security brought us to the entrance to hotel..it was so dingy..dirty carpets throughout the building that stunk bad!!.. im sorry..but the card machine used for entrances is ripped off the wall..it was so confusing just to get from room to your vehicle. The bed was clean, sheets, towels clean, when I got up to pee at night I put my running shoes on...barf..also..shower curtain stinks and clings to your body during shower..double gross

Bad first impression
Pros:

Hot breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

Location was very scary! Everywhere we walked near the hotel there were homeless people and garbage strewn on every street. We had our dogs and finally found some green space and unfortunately left because of human excrement. We will not be coming back to this hotel due to the location. Unsafe for walking with or without dogs.

I was actually disappointed that it doesn't meet up with the name Radisson. The Staff was pompous
Pros:

Cons:

The smell of the reception was bad until when we told them to spray the area. Smelling like a stale wet Rug. My spouse and I was asked to leave the reception lobby immediately after checking out at 12 noon. We were actually waiting for our ride back to Toronto. They are more or less unwelcoming and racist.
