Had chosen Radisson because I had a pleasant stay prior and I knew it didn't require a credit card, so I decided to book with them again, since the one credit card I have is very finicky and I do not feel the compulsion to get one. When I got there and learned there had been a policy change requiring credit cards I was less than pleased. Front desk employee was extremely unpleasant to deal with and very hard to tolerate. I have zero reason to book with Radisson again.

Other people’s garbage in the garbage bags still, no soap to wash your hands in the soap dispenser, found a pill on the floor, tv didn’t work at all.

Once there, the GM was kind and considerate and the one gentleman at the front desk was very kind. It felt like there were no problems so I was shocked as to why for three days my issues that I was trying to address weren’t being met with the same ease.
Lacked in customer service.
Manager would not call back or answer emails. It took three days- and the one gentleman at the front answering phones could care less and spoke ridiculously quiet and mumbled on the phone. Complete lack of customer care.
- also , to add and I completely understand it was a snow storm , however staff should have been out clear ing the front entrance right from the beginning of the morning!
We got stuck in a snowstorm in Sue st Marie and couldn’t make it to Sudbury and tried cancelling and they won’t accept a refund
The front desk staff said they would provide a refund if they received an email from booking.com
The email was sent and I called the hotel staff and he said he would provide the refund but he didn’t and he responded with a ‘.’ In the replied email
The driveway/parking lot was brutal
Quick stopover last weekend. Great hotel room. Very clean. They were just rolling out a new menu and got to try quite a few items. Amazing taste. Great value.
