Acceptable for an overnight stay, if you're staying multiple nights, I'd go elsewhere.
Pros:

The room was what you'd expect for the price, everything worked, and we were comfortable. The restaurant wasn't bad, the service was great, but we were also the only customers in the place. The food could have been better, but overall not too bad.

Cons:

There happened to be a tournament in town, and the hotel was full of unsupervised kids running up and down the halls. They were loud, and we were not happy about the noise. Finding the hotel was also a problem; the entrance to the hotel and parking for the hotel are literally right behind the parking garage for the mall. The parking lot is very small and does not accommodate all guests, so if they have no parking, you have to park in the mall parking garage.

Good experience
Pros:

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and well located. I have already booked my room for my next Sudbury visit in May.

Pros:

Good hotel. If you just want to spend the night and continue your journey its going to be a great option.

Cons:

Unfortunately, no one told us the breakfast was served until 9am. When we called the front desk to ask, it was too late. We should have been told that when we checked in.

Excellent will stay there next time
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the selection was plentiful
