Personalet i resepsjon gav misvisende og feilaktig informasjon om parkering og om adkomst til hotellet (dette var selvsagt utfordrende fordi Arendalsuka startet, men informasjon burde vært riktig.

Rene, pene rom, hotellet er velholdt.
Lokaliseringen.
Rommet var veldig kaldt, forklaringen var at de hadde problemer med air condition anlegget. Problemet løst av en veldig hjelpsom resepsjonist som lette fram en vifteovn til oss.
