Chambre très spacieuse avec un grand lit très confortable. Une petite attention vous attend également ce qui est très agréable. Une fontaine à eau est disponible dans le couloir pour remplir la bouteille en verre disponible dans la chambre, c'est très pratique et l'eau est excellente. La localisation est idéale pour rejoindre rapidement les différents quartiers de Madrid.
Au niveau de la chambre, rien à redire. Concernant l'hôtel en lui même, une odeur d'égout dans le lobby était désagréable. A la réception, malgré le fait de faire l'effort de parler espagnol, la personne vous répond systématiquement en anglais. J'imagine que c'est pour "gagner" du temps, mais ce n'est pas très sympathique.
