We stayed for a weekend, including a visit to and game of Real Madrid. The location is perfect. Near metro, shopping, restaurants and Bernabeu stadium.
Special thanks to the lady at the reception (we think her name was Alina) for the help with the booking for the visit of the stadium.
The noise insulation of the rooms could be a bit better, both for outside noises and noises from adjacent rooms.
We were there for a medical conference, The hotel is amazing, great breakfast and gym . The room very modern . The staff is very friendly and helpful.
From the breakfast manager MariaLuz ( I think) to Dani in front desk , we were traveling with a baby and all the staff was always offering help and check if we need help with bags or the stroller.
Decoration was beautiful, art-deco style. Bed was confortable. Restaurant had delicious options. Check out time is 12:00.
Pillows felt old. The door of the shower didn’t close properly so water came out.
