Rapport qualité prix médiocre, hyper déçue

- Literie incroyable
- Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, hyper varié et très qualitatif
- Terasse avec piscine super belle et calme
- Le calme de la chambre super bien insonorise

Cons:

- Personnel super désagréable et incompétent, sont débordés pour rien
- Rapport qualité prix médiocre: 250/ nuit pour chambre petite classique ne les vaut pas du tout
- Odeur nauséabonde d’égouts dans la chambre au point où ça nous réveillait la nuit, nous l’avons notifié au personnel qui n’étais ni surpris ou même désolé, ils n’ont rien fais pour solutionner ce problème qui semblait recurrent dans cette chambre … dingue pour un hôtel comme celui ci
- Manque ou oubli d’amenities propre à un hôtel de 4*: boîte de mouchoir vide, pas de chaussons ou bouteille d’eau. Donc par exemple, si vous avez soif le soir, il faut mettre vos chaussures et partir remplir votre carafe mise à dispo…. Pas du tout pratique ni confortable
- Gym fermé le jour où nous souhaitions l’utiliser alors que aucune notice n’avait été donné au Check in ou bien dans l’ascenseur (nous avions pris cette hôtel pour son accès à la gym que nous n’avons donc pas pu utiliser), même attitude le personnel n’était en rien concerné ni désolé

Large building, rooms are super soundproof, absolute silence even though there was a massive party on the ground floor

Cons:

Some minor things that get probably missed in a large hotel: ventilation not working properly, no shampoo (2x conditioner instead of 1x conditioner 1x shampoo), but surely if I would have asked they would have sorted it out instantly so no big deal
