Pros:

El. Personal es muh amable y atento fui a ver el juego del real Madrid con mi hijo en el Santiago Bernabeu y caminando hasta allá son solo 5 minutos máximo, estuve de cumpleaños el día del Check out y ellos el día antes me dejaron una targeta con pedazo de bizcocho un gesto que valoro mucho

Lindo hotel pero falta mucha iluminación

El hotel es bonito y básico cuenta con alberca, GYM, restaurante y room service, también la habitación tiene mini bar y para plancha lo cual en mi caso siempre es necesario. La limpieza del lugar muy bien

Cons:

Muy básico para el precio, me he quedado en Hiltons más baratos y más modernos. El diseño de las habitaciones muy oscuro, ventana muy pequeña por ende no tiene mucha iluminación natural ni artificial, hay muchas lámparas pequeñas de baja iluminación pero ni encendiendo todas se logra un buen alumbrado. Y deben revisar bien las amenidades ya que en mi caso el body lotion estaba casi vacío.

I keep coming back to this beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The Hotel has a beautiful art deco style and is very well located near the biggest shopping mall in downtown Madrid. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Cons:

Few options at the restaurant’s menu.

Cons:

O banheiro é mau feito. A prateleira da pua esta mal colocada podendo ocasionar um machucado pois esta com pouco espaço para baixar a cabeça. Design bom praticidade zero.
