The room was a good size for two people. We were able to open the window however, there seems to be a proliferation of young joy riders out for most of the evening and early morning. I guess they are also allowed a good time.

The hotel was so clean one of the best. Breakfast was lovely

Arrived there was a gentleman in reception with round glasses there was no one else waiting he made us wait over 5 minutes., not good at all, yet later on in the evening there was another gentleman that was as please and polite couldn’t do enough for you. Apparently in the round job is in the wrong job.
The bed was comfortable and that was about it.
It was dirty, with black long hair on multiple surfaces, there were damaged controls for the air conditioner which could have been a risk to someone cutting their hand.
We treated ourselves to a sea-view room (harbour entrance) and were glad we did. Not a lot to enjoy in the local area so watching ferries coming & going from our bedroom window before catching our own ferry was an enjoyable pastime. Room was a good size with a table and two chairs, good for snacking and a drink or two. The bathroom was spacious, clean and tidy with good towels and good water pressure. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on food. Secure parking is available nearby for a fee although there was free but not secure parking available literally outside the hotel during our stay. Service from the front desk was very good.
