L'emplacement et la stationnement étagé

Cons:

Arrivé a 16h, heure mentionné dans le courriel. Les chambres n'étaient pas prêtes! Nous étions 8, dont 4 enfants (2 chambres) réservé il y a quelques semaines, payé avec la même carte et option chambres collés coché. Nous arrivons cest pas prêt et on veut nous mettre a des étages séparées.. Nous refusons biensur puisque ce n'est pas ce quon avait demandé. On nous donne une 1ere chambre, on attend les 8 dedans puisque l'autre n'est pas prête malgré l'heure. On nous dit 10 a 15 minutes alors que cela a pris près de 1 heure !!!! Nous avons eu du retard sur notre réservation restaurant. Nous avons demandé rien de moins qu'un petit credit ou stationnement gratuit et on nous a repondu non

Nous avions une vue sur le toit de la piscine. Prochaine fois, le supplément de 20$/nuit pour une vue sur la ville vaudrait la peine.

Personnel très professionnel, bienveillant et très à l'écoute de la clientèle. Un restaurant très correct. Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable.

Cons:

L'environnement très bruyant, concert à proximité, de nombreux itinérants...un quartier qui semble non sécuritaire.

J'ai mangé, dormi et profité de la piscine, sans fioritures.
Pros:

Les infrastructures sont superbes, en particulier la piscine et la zone de loisirs qui sont très bien aménagées.

Cons:

Grosse déception : beaucoup de poudre aux yeux sur le site et les photos.
Voici mes observations sur place :
• Salle de bain : La toilette a du mal à évacuer, la robinetterie du lavabo branle et il n’y a aucune ventilation. De plus, l’eau de la douche fuit sur le sol jusqu’en dessous du meuble-lavabo. Les serviettes fournies étaient sales.
• Chambre : Ce ne sont pas de vrais oreillers mais plutôt des coussins. Les rideaux ne sont pas opaques. La tapisserie murale est de très mauvais goût et donne une impression de saleté.
• Insonorisation : Isolation inexistante, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins et à l'extérieur. Le stationnement est difficile d'accès et manque de signalisation, notamment à l'intérieur où les entrées et sorties sont mal indiquées. De son côté, l'accueil du personnel était neutre : sans être désagréable, il manquait de chaleur.

Hotel Pur - comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

We recently visited Quebec City Canada and had a fantastic time!! The area is rich in history and has some amazing views! This time of year, we had a few rainy days and it was chilly. Take your walking shoes, long sleeves, and rain jacket!! Our trip to Montmorency Falls was well worth the bus ride. It is a beautiful site to see! And powerful to boot! We walked a lot and always felt safe. The hills and stairs will definitely give your calves a workout!!

We stayed at Hotel Pur! The accommodations were wonderful, the hotel staff very helpful and the bed was beyond comfortable!! A huge shout out to our jack of all trades and master of all concierge! M. Jacques! He was amazing, so personable, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping us plan our day! Whether it be explaining what bus to take or where to get tickets or helping us decide what we wanted to do for the day as far as walking or riding somewhere. He was amazing! Very knowledgeable of the area and his English was fantastic! Thank you!

Would highly recommend visiting the city and experiencing the wonderful accommodations of Hotel Pur - it was a great choice for us!!!!
