Schöne Zimmer in einem etwas schmuddeligen Umfeld

Das helle und freundliche Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Wir haben ruhig geschlafen. Die Tiefgarage gegenüber lag gut und war mit 23 CAD pro Tag nicht besonders teuer.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft fielen uns schon viele drogenabhängige und obdachlose Personen auf, in einigen Hauseingängen in der Nachbarschaft lagen Matratzen oder Schlafsäcke in den Hauseingängen. Wir wurden nicht belästigt, Aber es hinterlässt einfach keinen dollen Eindruck.

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse (et propre)
Grande piscine a bonne température
Le personnel du petit déjeuner et le portier étaient exceptionnels
Parking directement sous l'hôtel (places assez spacieuses)

Cons:

Piscine pas tout a fait propre
Réservoir des toilettes qui se rempli tout seul a cause d'une fuite, info remontée a la réception mais rien n'a été fait donc réveillée 5 fois par nuit

While the location was great and the staff was great, I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and the restaurant food and staff was excellent.

Cons:

We went from having no hot water at all to having scalding hot water. We were unable to properly shower all three nights that we were there. We were not offered another room or compensation.

Comfortable and friendly staff
Pros:

Good family room. Large pool, good sauna and gym. Close to restaurants and bars. Friendly staff.

Cons:

A few things were broken in the room and some maintenance was needed in the hotel. Although conveniently located, the area is a bit rough especially at night. Wouldn't recommend with young kids.
