Pros:

The location and convenience to downtown, the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel

Cons:

The beds were definitely not the comfiest. Pillows were awful lumpy. There was only two bath towels in our room with 2 queen beds and I clearly booked the room for 4 people. Asked for towel twice and did not receive them. Did receive extra blankets and pillows though.

Very good, pleasant, and comfortable.
Pros:

I really liked the beds, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the available shampoos and conditioners. Although I was traveling for work and couldn't use the gym, I noticed it was well-equipped. I ordered food from the restaurant, and the waitress was very kind. The food was delicious!

Cons:

I don’t have anything to add here, as it was quite short; maybe a better illumination in the bedrooms. However, I can only say that everything went well during my time there. The accommodations were satisfactory, and I found the service to be efficient and friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience, even if it was brief.

Pros:

The bathroom toilet needed to be cleaned better and the hallway smelled like carpet glue. I under stand the carpets were just replaced and the glue smell was to be expected. The toilet however has dried urine buildup around the hinges on the seat.
