Nice location, clean
Paid non refundable King with City View upgrade but was told at check in there were none available. Was given a lesser room and told there was no refund (I paid $9 more on Booking.com for the city view option versus the regular King room). What was the point of a non refundable reservation.
Excellent customer service, beds, and cleanliness.
The hotel was under renovations, so there was no pool or workout facility. This information was, however, posted on the hotel website and we purchased our rooms through Expedia. In the future, I would recommend checking the website before booking on a third party site like Expedia.
Location in downtown is nice and convenient, we had access to underground parking during our stay which was great.
We enjoyed our king suite. Liked having 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a soaker tub! Bed was huge and comfy. Room was spacious, nice and clean!

An fine hotel. Big rooms, well appointed. Clean as a whistle. There is nothing negative to be said.
The lobby area was under construction. So restaurant was unavailable, except at breakfast. CUDOS to the hotel for undertaking upgrades! Renovations are necessary.
Great location, friendly staff, clean room.
Renovations were happening. Pool was closed and noise was unbearable in our room. Luckily, we were in town for Jazzfest so didn't need to spend much time at the hotel and it was quiet at night.
$200.00 and $200.00 has been out on my VISA. Neither one was appropriate. We prepaid our hotel stay and put one order of 3 bottles of beer and 2 glasses of a drink for my Grandchildren.
We were also charged for parking everyday and we did t even have a vehicle.
The parking charges were reversed but the two $200.00 entries still need to be removed.
Further the hammer guns for the renovations started way too early. We heard them clearly on the 5th floor.
Please look after removing the two entries the. Ask again how we lined our stay with you.

It is not that we didn't like it, the pool was being renovated, but we did get a free pass to the YMCA
Room was laid out well with two bathrooms
The restaurant is under renovation and dining and breakfast was a problem. The room had one desk lamp and was too dark to support reading
