Great location, needs some imptovements.
Pros:

Location is fantastic and loved that they provide a fridge and microwave in the room. Very convenient if you eat out and have leftovers etc. Loved that especially!

Cons:

Says it’s smoke free but there were some folka smoking next to our room filling up the bathroom with the smell of smoke. It was also noisy at night disrupting sleep. They also do not provide daily cleaning service; apparently it’s only every other day. This was not communicated at check in.

Pros:

Hotel and staff were decent. Location was nice downtown and ability to park underground was good, especially since overnight temperatures got down to -27 degrees.

Cons:

Pool/spa was less than stellar, especially since no one would answer the house phone, necessitating a trip to the front desk to get towels.

Also, there was a major kitchen renovation going on and the breakfast restaurant was coated in a layer of what was described to us as "concrete dust". I have attached photos of the plate storage. Staff apologized profusely, but offered no solution or compensation.

As a long time loyal member of Hilton, this is the only Hilton that I have been thoroughly disappointed with my stay.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No restaurant service
No gym
No hot water
No heads up that they were renovating
No proper compensation for the deception and multiple inconveniences

Parking lot is a nightmares to deal with when hotel is having issues with the tickets
Cons:

The parking lot staff was rude and inappropriate at checkout trying to leave the hotel was having troubles with their tickets so that you couldn’t just put it in to get out you had to buzz and the lady was trying not to let the vehicle out because the ticket couldn’t go in and be proof that it was paid after the Hotel staff has called them twice to tell them that the car is OK to be let out. She also gave us a wrong email address to complain to her manager so she would not get in trouble so if you feel like being lied to and treated like shit that is the place to go the parking lot staff there sucks. The Hotel was very apologetic and helpful at this time.

Grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There were no towels in the pool and when we tried to get some from the front desk we stood there for 10 minutes without service, the desk in our room was dirty, the food which we paid $45 for was cold and dried out, the buffet counter was covered in a layer of dust…total waste of money, there was no hot water in the shower. Then to top of off we walked out the front door in the morning to piles of waste and garbage. I have much higher expectations when paying over $200 per night. We are completely disappointed and disgusted with our stay.
