Hotel in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, die Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sogar sehr herzlich mit kleinen süßen Aufmerksamkeiten zum Naschen begrüßt. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer zur Gartenseite, wodurch es schön ruhig war. Das Zimmer war auch mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank ausgestattet, was gar nicht in der Zimmerausstattung aufgeführt war.

Cons:

Wir können eigentlich nichts Negatives sagen, außer das es recht teuer für einen normalen, guten Standard ist. Aber hier zahlt man natürlich die gute Lage in Kensington, insofern würden wir es auch gar nicht als Kritikpunkt sehen. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. Central location - close to the Gloucester road tube.

The only negative was that the room doors were extremely noisy - we were woken up by the loud bangs from the neighbouring rooms.

Perfect location for all London tourist destinations. Staff were very welcoming and professional
Pros:

Perfect location, lovely room with a handy fridge. Welcome warm cookies went down well and gifts to celebrate women’s day were gratefully received. We also had a beautiful plate of mini desserts in the evening. We didn’t have time for food but the garden pods looked great for afternoon tea.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

I stayed here overnight for a business trip. I received a warm welcome in the reception, a warm cookie on arrival and quick check in. The room was lovely, overlooking the garden and well equipped with tea, coffee, water & shampoo, body washes. I slept really well, comfy pillows and fluffy towels. The room was very quiet too. Breakfast was delicious with a nice selection of buffet. Overall I would stay here and again and recommend not only for business but couples, families too

Great location and very comfortable, clean rooms.
Pros:

Great location just in front of subway station, loved the Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, super clean room and big enough for us. Quite calm at night. Breakfast is fair.
