Pros:

Ideal location for getting around central London. Breakfast was good with all the usual food available. The kids enjoyed the pancake station in particular.

Cons:

No real faults the view from the room was a little restircted but not much you could see to be fair.

Weekend stay in London
Pros:

It’s located 50 meters from the underground station . Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also there’s a supermarket and a pharmacy on the same block . The tube takes you to Picadilly in 15 minutes . The room is huge for the European standard and the staff very kind.

Cons:

Nothing super relevant to report. It’s a simple room but is ok for the price

London stay - central but away from the tourist crowds.
Pros:

Great location close to Kensington gardens and the tube and buses. Clean room and hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Feels like a nice boutique hotel. Decent range of breakfast options. The gym facilities are good for a smaller hotel.

Cons:

Water pressure was a bit light on. Plates at the buffet weren’t always cleaned properly.

Excellent customer service, clean, great location, quiet rooms and comfy beds
Pros:

It was a fantastic stay! We rented 2 rooms and the staff went above and beyond to make my child feel special on her birthday!! Her room was decorated when we arrived and she felt like a princess. It took a coordinated effort to pull this off and it was marvelous and greatly appreciated.

Hotel pulito ed ordinato in una ottima posizione vicino alla metro e a due passi da Hyde Park. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

I letti non erano molto comodi e la cMera in generale poco luminosa. Abbiamo provato la colazione ma la parte dolce non dava tante alternative. Un po povera rispetto al prezzo. La parte salata invece varia e gustosa.

De reserverade hela beloppet för vår sex dagar långa vistelse vid incheckning. Vid utcheckning drog de samma belopp IGEN, samtidigt som de andra, reserverade pengarna, fortfarande var reserverade. Nu har det gått flera dagar och jag har ännu inte fått tillbaka pengarna, och det rör sig om väldigt mycket pengar. Boendet svarade att det har att göra med bankens rutiner men jag har bott mycket på hotell, och jag har aldrig förut varit med om att man måste ligga ute med ett så stort belopp × 2 under så lång tid! Uselt. Jag väntar fortfarande på att få tillbaka mina pengar...

It’s our third time in this hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is super polite, the breakfast is great. In front of a metro station, lines blue and yellow is a plus! When we come back to London we will stay there again.

Staff is amazing
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before, and we really enjoy this hotel. It is super convenient to the underground station. The afternoon tea experience in the outdoor domes is top-notch. Yummy nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and friendly, but this stay, we have a special shout out for Neha at the front desk. Neha went above and beyond to assist with our transfer back to the airport, arranging a taxi for our luggage to an airport hotel, calling the hotel for us to explain our situation, following up with me to assure that she had taken care of the reservation and offering additional helpful details to make the entire trip easier for me. She was truly amazing!!!

O pequeno almoço era bom.
Os funcionários muito simpáticos.
O quarto era bastante bom também.
Excelente localização com bastantes transportes acessíveis.

Cons:

Devia haver mais funcionários no serviço de pequeno almoço pois demoravam muito a repor a comida.
Ficámos no 6º andar e os elevadores são bastante lentos pelo que pode demorar muito tempo se ambos estiverem a ser utilizados.
