Everything we needed and more!
Pros:

Incredible location, staff were lovely and room comfortable! We got upgraded to a suite on the day and staff let us check in early when we only enquired about using their storage room! Would definitely recommend and return!

Pros:

room was good, spacious and quiet. Hotel was clean and tidy

Cons:

staff on the reception could have been a bit friendlier, the ladywho checked us in barely smiled.
There was a fire alarm which wasnt a test and the staff said nothing to any of the guests. we all just huddled in the back garden area until the staff went back into the building and we followed. No announcements or even just saying thank you its all ok now we can go back in etc. Not very professional.
Had a meal in the restaurant which wasnt the restaurant advertised from outside of the hotel or online. The curry we ordered (which didnt come with rice!) tasted like a jar of sharwoods to be honest. Disappointing

Perfection
Pros:

The property was perfect and for one £150 in an amazing hotel can't complain it was in a perfect spot and would definitely stay there again. The staff were very welcoming and sorted our concerns straight again. Highly recommend.

Ailelerin tercih edebileceği merkezi ve temiz bir otel.
Pros:

Konumu mükemmel. Oda temizliği çok güzel. 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde Piccadilly metro hattı üzerinde bulunan Gloucester Road durağı mevcut.

Cons:

Yastıklar biraz daha konforlu olabilirdi.

Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect; it is within walking distance to the metro and museums, which made exploring the city very easy. I also loved that there are so many restaurants nearby offering different cuisines. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this place again for my next visit. Highly recommended!
