Very disappointing stay - will not be coming back !
Pros:

Breakfast okay, staff and location.

Cons:

Since I last stayed in 2015, you have split the gardens in two (built the Garden Hotel) and you have concreted over half the swimming pool - terrible decision !! The swimming pool was the main reason I picked your hotel and you have now ruined the alberca !!

Creo que tenían un problema con las toallas de baño y todos los días tuve que llamar a recepción para pedirlas, el cuarto bien pero calidad precio me parece que el costo es alto

Pros:

Room/bed/pillows were very comfortable. The pool itself is too small for swimming lengths, but the pool area is really pleasant. The area has lots of restaurant options and shopping. Staff at the hotel is nice, breakfast is very good but other restaurant is just so-so.

No sirve la caja fuerte, el aire acondicionado tira agua y no nos dejaron botellas de agua en la habitación.
