Cons:

When our room was cleaned towels were not replaced. I asked 2 separate housekeeping employees for towels so my son could shower and both of them redirected me to the front desk. The in room phone just rang busy when you tried to reach the front desk. After several attempts, I finally got a hold of someone. After 30 mins, still no towels. Finally texted via the phone number that texted me upon check in, twice, and after several attempts and my son standing in the shower waiting to get out, we finally got towels.

Eh, not for me
Pros:

I liked the location and its proximity to Canal St. I liked the dove soap products provided by the hotel.
I also liked the restaurant and bar in the hotel's lobby.

Cons:

The staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. I booked two rooms and the young lady checking me in had a hard time finding both reservations. I had family members staying at the same hotel and she kept insisting that it was a part of my two rooms, when they were completely separate reservations. I had to look for the confirmation email I received from Book.com in order to get the issue resolved.

The rooms were ok, however I didn't care for the barn door as a bathroom door. I would have preferred a traditional door to better mask odors when using the bathroom.

Pros:

방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 조용한 방을 요청했는데, 호텔에서 이를 고려해서 높은층으로 배정해 주었습니다.

Cons:

프렌치쿼터까지는 걸어서 20분 정도 걸립니다. 너무 늦은 밤에는 가급적 돌아다니지 않는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

I enjoyed my stay and the location was excellent.
Pros:

The beds are super comfortable and the firm pillows are the best! It was good experience to sleep in such a great atmosphere.

Cons:

There was no continental breakfast and the clerk suggested Instacart, although that was one of the reasons I reserved the room. The shower was clogged and didn't drain properly, which made the basin fill up pretty quick. Maintenence was called and he unclogged it , but it was an inconvenience. We had plans and it did slow us down. The restaurant closes @10:00p, according to a waiter, but it actually closed 15 min. prior.

Good for academic visits near Tulane Uni.
Pros:

Ok place near Tulane University (the reason to book it).
It is also within walking distance from Bourbon Street and close to the tram, which can get you to the emblematic places in the city.

Cons:

The surrounding areas were sketchy at night. The walls were tin, and I could hear my neighbours.
The restaurant was closed during my visit.
