Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere very good
My stay were very good except. Just a warning to everyone the stairs up to the villa room and the front entrance of the hotel are all clear marble, bad choice for the stair when water or rain on the surface. I slipped and felt and slide down 13 stairs in front of the hotel. it is extremely slippery when rain.Got a fews scrape on both of my legs. so far I'm feeling ok. Be very careful
Very beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel but not much around it. No hot water for showers.
Wow what a resort! This location has everything you need to have a great experience and vacation!
Great place to stay. Would gladly recommend Rose Alba to any discerning vacationer.
A great place to stay and relax
Did not acknowledge Expedia platinum status or given any perk even though hotel is booked through VIP ‘s hotels list of Expedia. Lack of dining options compare to their competition Grand Sala down the street. Check in was a madhouse, staff was friendly and tried their best but the process is a little unorganized. Room is big but hot , I have to get technician up to try to fix the A/C control as it wasn’t function correctly. Paid more to stay here but next time I would have to go back to grand Sala. All and all was just a so so experience.
A good hotel that is more aligned to local visitors than western tourists. If rated 4 star it may have met expectations but not quite at the 5 star standard you would expect. Towels are small by west standards, mini bar not restocked without requesting. Was told where to find additional utensils at breakfast rather than the staff fetching. I think its just a case of the different things different cultures expectations that will come with a greater influx of tourism from oitside as this lovely resort expands.
Beer cans and cigarettes in my pool patio when arrived. Restaurant always long wait for food which is average at best. Pools are great and walking areas nice. Walk to beach via underground tunnel convenient. Service and worker attitudes average and needs improvement to call themselves 5 star.
It’s ok!
I like everything about the resort.
If you are looking for a 5 star resort where it’s quiet like Maui/Kauai, this is the place. We got a 4 bedroom villa and each had their own bathrooms. The front desk said most of the 70 villas on the resort are 2-3 bedrooms and there are only 2 4 bedrooms villa on the whole property. We also got a regular room in the hotel towers looking towards the ocean and it was wonderful. When we come back to Tuy Hoa, we are definitely staying here. It also has an underground tunnel leading you to the beach.
We had a great time. The only problem was the 5 am radio broadcast that woke us up each morning.
Very please to stay here all the assistance names are tra mì, thuy and phúc are very nice and professional.
Beautiful resort, the beachfront villa was spotless. Breakfast buffet is excellent with great variety of Vietnamese food. Overall, we had a great relaxing time here. I’m hosting a family reunion party at the Rosa Alba Resort for my family and close friends. All employees are friendly, respectful, and accommodating. Thank you to Ms Ngan from the Client support department and Executive chef Huy Tran for go above and beyond to create exceptional experience for the guests. Overall, 11 out of 10. A world-class property and experience. Highly highly recommended if you are planning to visit with your family or loved ones.
Clean, nice staff
I loved this place
I had so many problems before and while staying at this property. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. There people are meant and yelling at the guest while we tried to ask for a help/solution. i have stayed at many 4-5* hotels, resort and this is the one I wouldn't think they deserved a 5*.
The service of staffs are perfect. The food is good. The outlooking of building is also beautiful.
However, because of the structure of the building (I stayed at room on 5F of main building), very strong wind went through the room over night even I closed door and window. The strong wind caused very noisy sound and I had difficulty to fall in asleep. Also the wind brought a lot of sand into my room.
There was also black out in the midnight and the air conditioner stopped working. It turned out that my room was very noisy and very hot over night and I couldn't sleep at all.
Since they also have cottage, I strongly recommend stay there instead of staying room in main building.
