Pros:

We went to edinburgh for my birthday trip. Stayed in this hotel. When we reach hotel we were welcomed by lovely lady charlotte. She was so helpful and polite, making sure we had all information that we need. The place was nice and rooms were big enough. Food option for breakfast was good too. Definitely recommed this place. Not too far from city centre.

Great stay, super friendly staff, great breakfast and fab location to explore from.
Pros:

Breakfast staff were extremely Friendly, welcoming and helpful as we're all the staff in the hotel.
Hot buffet Breakfast was a little cool but tasted great. Coffee machine was excellent with great selection of teas if you prefer tea.
Croissants delicious and good choice of cereal, etc.
Shower was excellent.
Room clean and functional.
Bed very comfy but pillows were rather hard and or a bit lumpy.
Fantastic view of the city from our room.

Cons:

Aircon/heater screeched a little, thankfully we didn't need it on.

Overally my stay was good.Its a nice place for staying for a holiday
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good..quantity and quality of the food was excellent
House keeping team did a good job.They refilled bath soap, cleaned room well and replaced towels in the room.

Location is good,easily accessible by public buses to and from city centre.Very short distance from hotel to bus stop

Cons:

There was a vibrating sound that seemed to come from a huge equipment or machinery within the premises and was a bit disturbing especially night time.
