Krótki wypoczynek w dobrym hotelu
Pros:

Z najwyższego piętra piękne widoki, panorama na cały Edynburg :) cudowne chwile, niezapomniane krótkie wakacje. Polecamy to piękne miejsce. W bardzo dobrym miejscu 🤗 Hotel sprostał zadaniom :) miła Obsługa

Słaby stosunek jakości do ceny.
Pros:

Miłego obsługa, w miarę czysto, dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Duzym minusem całego pobytu były słabe śniadania.Codziennie to samo, bardzo mały wybór jedzenia, brak dodatków typu ser, szynka, chleb, czy świeże warzywa. Słaby stosunek jakości do ceny.

Pros:

Perfect location for visiting the city.. Bus route is only a 3 minute walk from the hotel, but the walk into the city is also only 45 mins and very straightforward

Cons:

Pillows were too hard for me. Bed was badly placed for access yo one side of the bed. It could me moved slightly to give a more comfortable access to both sides.

Would not return, very disappointing for an IHG hotel

Cons:

Needs a massive overhaul, very old fashioned.Bathroom very small for a family room & very dated.
No bottled water, only 2 cups & 2 tea bags for 3 guests. Only 1 toilet roll for 3 guests. Only 6 coat hangers for 3 guests, for 4 nights (had to live out of suitcases)
TV shocking … kept buffering on every channel !!
Pillows either hard or lumpy.
Some of the reception staff extremely unpleasant

Pros:

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, die Zimmer waren klein aber trotzdem komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus und die City somit gut erreichbar. Jederzeit wieder.

Comfortable and pleasant one night stay
Pros:

The hotel was away from the city centre but could catch a bus outside. Room was small but comfortable, tea and coffee and a comfortable bed and the croissants were to die for. Overall a comfortable stay and pleasant staff.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.
