I will stay here again when I’m in Charlotte.
Pros:

It was super clean, staff was nice, and I really like having a restaurant downstairs. Irs located in the middle of downtown which is extremely convenient.

We did not like being able to hear all the cars/sirens traffic even from being on the 6th floor it felt like we were right on the street.

I wish there was a warning on this hotel that said “ do not book if you want to sleep”, because I would not have stayed here. The loud music from the neighboring night club is so unbearably loud, that even with ear plugs or noise cancelling ear buds you can hear it very clearly. I thought it would be cool to stay in the city center, but did not anticipate getting no sleep because of echoing base all night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The street noise on the 5th and 6th floor was extremely loud. There was a shooting at 4am right outside our room on the ground level.

Will definitely stay at this location again, should my travels require.
Pros:

Chosen for it's proximity to the Blumenthal Center, which was on the next block, lobby was bright and clean, room was spotless and stylish and bathroom had updated fixtures.

Cons:

Elevators were rather slow, did not see anywhere to purchase basic toiletries (I forgot something). Driveway is small and does not permit for thru traffic which could have made the check in process a bit of a juggle, had we not opted for valet.

We had a very nice stay and will be back, if for no other reason than another delicious cookie.
Pros:

The rooms were a great size and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and we had an incredible meal at the on-site restaurant.

Cons:

The parking is a little cumbersome with a bit of a hike to the parking garage, but, they do offer valet service.
