Great place and location
Pros:

Convenient self parking / staff was very friendly / ability to check in remotely

Cons:

The only inconvenience had nothing to do with the amenities, but the guest on the adjacent room that was connected to ours by a door left their alarm run from 6 and until we left at 8 am . Never turned it off .

Nice, but a little confusing due to staff not explaining things well.

People were great. Clerks, restaurant staff, valet

Cons:

The toilet was the TINIEST thing I've ever used and had a wobbly seat. Plus it was too low to the floor. And nothing to hold onto to steady yourself- no counter or handrail or anything. It was actually DANGEROUS. This is why my scores were not great, it made a HUGE NEGATIVE impression.

Wonderful location, pleasant staff and a great staff overall.
Pros:

This was my second time staying downtown. There was so much going on. We were in the middle of everything and we loved it. There were so many restaurants, bars and clubs. We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was up to our standards. I don't have a complaint about anything in the hotel. It was busy due to a wedding but it was okay. Guest were nice also.

My stay was good but leaving the room and returning to the room was the same way until I had to go to the front desk to
Pros:

Close to the Spectrum Center for the games we attended

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the rooms. Housekeeping on my floor couldn’t speak no English and I had to go to the front desk just to tell them I needed my room clean.
