Staff were helpful and friendly, it’s a great location. But overall it’s a little soulless.

It served the purpose but we will not stay there again.
Pros:

It was quiet. We did get a room close to our traveling companion. There was a nice restaurant for breakfast. It was located well for our event.

Cons:

The gentleman at the desk who checked us in kept telling us that we had a "roll-in shower." We asked for a "walk-in shower." We are older but not in a wheelchair. When we got to the room. There was a tub - no walk-in or roll-in shower. And the tub was stained. We stayed because we didn't have time to change our plans. We probably will not go back there when we visit Charlotte again.

Pros:

Loved how close the property was to the Spectrum center and so many other things.

Cons:

The room door was broken, we stayed during a concert so the property was full of people which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep knowing our door was not working properly. Other than that I would stay again.

A great experience! Will go again the next time I am in Charlotte
Pros:

I liked the location and how central it was in Charlotte. The staff was very helpful and made my stay much more wonderful. I liked how close it was to the Skyla credit Union amphitheater for the concert I was seeing. It wasn't too close or too far away, so I was able to see more of the city. The next time YUNGBLUD is in Charlotte I will be staying here.

Cons:

There was no free wifi, granted this was one of the nicer hotels that I stayed at. I also wish that there was a complementary breakfast option.
