The staff was very friendly. We stayed on a Sunday so the hotel was very empty, which we loved!
Pros:

They didn't offer a free breakfast. The Location was only a block away from our Event we attended. We loved the layout of the Suite and the upgrades they did of the rooms were very nice.

Cons:

I was shocked that we upgraded to a King Suite and for the money, they didn't offer a mini fridge. Thank goodness I brought a small ice cooler for a few beverages and food. Otherwise they would have gone bad. I think it was the first Suite I've ever had that didn't have a mini fridge.

The room was good, we had a family gathering in the pool area and ordered from the restaurant.
Cons:

I don't think I would reserve a poolside room again. Too noisy by the pool.

I experienced a good stay there the place seem to be clean. There was not a lot of noise in the hall
Pros:

I thought breakfast should be included in the price of the room but it was not so I did not eat breakfast there. Most other big hotel chains always include breakfast such as IHG Best Western several others but obviously you guys don't. Something you should consider. It might bring you more customers in the future. Other than that everything was good.

Excellent Experience!
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Modern room. Nice decor and furniture in the room. Excellent Experience! Highly Recommend!

Cons:

All was excellent. Keep up the great service! And the absolutely delicious cookies we were given at check in. They are amazing! Don't change your recipe. I would stay there again just for that cookie, it was that delicious.
