Ok, some people that made a negative review are basically such entitled people! If your saying you stayed here because its close to the stadium, well your making it seem like you are going to stay in the room the whole time! Its actually, well not 5 star but better than the days inn or ramada! Its decent and its clean! Those who said its dirty are basically very picky, then i suggest you should have stayed at the conrad in the city or maybe the millenium hotel downtown!

Was very disappointed, first although it seems clean and bright in photos online the reality when you arrive is different. Its way more run down. Shower and sinks dont drain water, its so loud inside & outside, bathroom toiletries are bolted to the wall but the pumps dont work….We had to change rooms bc neither the phone worked nor the TV for 2 nights. The entire time the tv just kept saying No Signal from the crappy dish network cable. When i went to dial the front desk-the phone doesnt even work. So i called from my cell. First night the guy sent up maintenance who literally pretended to fix it. The 2nd night the guy said he would be up in 10 mins to fix it and never showed. I had to call again 40 mins later to find out he left his shift and didnt even tell anyone about us. Then the next guy basically said theres nothing he can do and to wait for maintenance in the morning. But we checked out the next day so that did nothing for us. He only gave us a new room when i mentioned manager & refund. Tv still doesnt work in the new room either. It was so annoying to have to pay as much as we did for just 2 nights to not even be able to relax and watch some tv before bed or the news in the morning. And the bland attitude from the guy at the desk was the cherry on top. I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here for what they charge, This place should only be $60 per night tops.

I booked here via hotwire "surprise" booking. It was ok, room clean, breakfast decent, location good. But the noise from Rt 46 next door was really loud, even at 3am.

Stayed at Garner Hotel Totowa by IHG — overall a good stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Staff is soo friendly and nice, Specially fron desk lady Visha! the location is convenient.

It’s always a pleasure. Quick and easy check in process. This is my go to hotel when I need to escape.

I love t he rooms. Super clean rooms. Everything here at the Wyndham gardens in totowa is amazing price is phenomenal as well. Most employees here are very kind and have an amazing work attitude. All except one younger man who works nightshift. Complimentary breakfast is delicious and a huge variety of breakfast items.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL

My room was unacceptable. Bathroom faucet was leaking, the toilet bowl was stained, the shower curtain was ripped at the end and not fully attached to the rod and there was no bath mat. Further there was no regular coffee, just decaf provided.

I explained all of the above to the front desk before leaving for several hours for a meeting and they offered to switch my room when I got back. However, upon my return, they told me that maintenance and housekeeping would be up to fix everything and that a room change was not necessary. As i was going back out again, I agreed to let it go with expectation that it would be fully fixed when i returned

When I returned, I found the faucet still dripping although much slower. however, the toilet bowl was still stained, the shower curtain still ripped, no bath mat - in fact, the used towels were taken away but NO NEW towels to replace those that were taken were provided. NO coffee was added and the garbage in the main area was not emptied. I don't know what exactly housekeeping did but certainly not their job.

Additionally, when I attempted to call the front desk from the hotel phone, the PHONE DID NOT WORK.
