es un buen hotel, un poco viejo en las habitaciones, aunque es bastante amplio, ame la vista al cerro de la silla, personal mmm poco servicial, desde bellboys, recepcion, igual se que es un hotel de ciudad o negocios , pero esperaba un trato mas favorable, el hotel cumple con su objetivo descanso, aunque la alberca esta de bue tamaño, parece un lugar abandonado.

Cons:

Muchos detalles en habitacion, las cortinas transparentes estaban fuera de lugar y no cerraban, le informe a supervisora para que le dieran seguimiento, para no es muy importante pero hay quienes si, el aire acondicionado son las cajitas anteriores y se les borro las letras de warm y cool, son de palanquita antiguos, eso si da un aspecto viejo, en el restaurant algunos guisos no tenian placa, los meseros solo ofrecieron cafe, hubo una chica mesara que fue la que si hiso su tarea ofrecio quesadillas, tortillas, pan, indico done estaban algunas cosas, pero si faltó la atencion a lo jugos, chocomilk, y demas, los demas meseros les falta mas actitud de servicio y capacitacion, bellboy demasiado que desear, me llego un paquete y normalmente me ofrecen subirlo a la habitacion y mas cuando llevaba yo mi maleta y mochila a la vez cargando y vieron que era un paquete, no se ofrecieron a ayudar, tuve que volver a bajar por el, cosa que puedo hacer pro es cortesia, recepcion mas frios que el hielo, de verdad ni buenas tardes, hasta que estuve frente a uno de ellos porque ninguno dice bienvenido joven, caballero o algo, es como si de verdad estuvieran enojados con el mundo, ojo alli, capacitacion a su personal, no regresaria, y me hospede alli porque teniamos un evento, como te vistes y te ven asi te tratan.

Excelente atención y ubicación. Las camas muy comodas. Bastante bueno el desayuno buffet. En general muy recomendable

Cons:

Loúnico que no me gustó es que se anuncia con alberca, y se entera uno de que la alberca no está funcionando hasta que llega uno al hotel. Honestamente me sentí un tanto engañado
