Las instalaciones y la ubicación muy buenas
En el bufet del desayuno no había mucha variedad para escoger. Mi esposo pidió unas bebidas y nunca se las llevaron. Pagamos la habitación con desayuno incluido y después nos dijeron que el desayuno era solo para 2 personas y tuvimos que pagar extra por el niño

Todo excelente, ubicación perfecta para conocer los atractivos cercanos al centro de la ciudad. Obviamente hay lugares donde necesitas alejarte más, pero es una excelente opción para estar cerca de todo.
No hay nada en particular que no haya sido de mi agrado. El precio terminó siendo algo elevado, pero el alojamiento y todo lo que conlleva fue excelente y sin duda volvería en caso de hacer otro viaje.

Es un Hotel aunque ya de varios años con un lujo que no pasa de moda.
Lo conozco desde hace más de 20 años
Me encanta y que mi Familia tuviera esa experiencia que Tuve Yo hace 20 años me satisfizo demasiado
Todo está súper. Restaurante. Bar. Alberca. Elevador. Habitaciones. El corredor alrededor y por interior del Hotel le da un estilo muy particular y difícil de olvidar

The room ‘s key , suddenly Not work more , I can Not open my room and I can Not use the elevator!!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE !!!!!
I forgot my CAR KEY and exactly 1 pm I tried to open again and surprise no more work , in other works , you’re NOT WELCOME, I field that .
HONESTLY We never will back back to the Crown Plaza.
