Location and the cautious front desk staff
Quite overpriced for the infrastructures/facilities available. Breakfast is only cereal.
It was great for the price.

Pricing was great!
Breakfast was an apple/yogurt/granola bar. Swimming pool didn’t look like it had been open for a while. WiFi wasn’t great.
Nothing really, was run down and smelled weird. We had no choice to move somewhere else as everywhere else was booked for college move in. The only thing good was it was close to campus. Everything else about it sucked.
The pool was literally muddy, and parking was difficult because work trucks were blocking part of the parking spaces. The beds were uncomfortable, the toilet ran almost all night and required repeatedly jiggling the handle, the outlets didn’t work, and the shower water barely got hot.
We brought these issues to the front desk, but unfortunately, the response was very disappointing. We were told they would “check on it” when we checked out, which did not make us feel like our concerns were being taken seriously.
Overall, this was a place to sleep, and that’s about it. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here. 0/10.

Check in was really easy, staff was friendly and answered all my questions! Was a large room with four different variations of places to sit/rest which was perfect for the purpose of my trip. Lights, plugs, and A/C were all in good working condition, easy to access, and provided the appropriate support. Fridge and microwave were a plus!
There was no coffee maker or even just cups in the room. Wanted to make tea at night and had to get out to be able to obtain hot water and a cup. Ended up purchasing a ceramic one to use in the microwave the second day. There was a lot of noise late at night, not sure if it was other guests, but sounded like from the building behind. Probably just while I was there, but hard to wind down. Toilet had a small water dripping noise and shower had some chipping in the tub bed, but overall ammenities were nice and everything worked properly.
It was a late arrival to a property unknown, it was off the square but we thought being in Oxford, it would be fine. The room was extremely hot because the air was off and took forever to cool down once we turned it on. There were cigarette burns in the bedding. You could see light from outside coming around the door. The toilet would not flush and we had to take the top of the tank off and pull up the float/flap to make it flush. And if that wasn’t all bad enough, there was a camera mount attached to the wall lamp! No camera but just the mount. So God only knows what really goes on at this hotel. It was really late and we needed only a few hours of sleep before getting back on the road so we made the decision to tough it out but I will never stay there again. The room was old, but was clean and smelled clean, aside from the cigarette burns in the comforter on one of the beds.
