Cons:

e came to the property for the location and pool. the pool was being renovated but was not specified on the web site and the was nothing but one video game that didn't work and a pool table to keep my grands busy. When asked for breakfast comps =. I only received one and paid for 4 others

設備が改善出来れば良いお宿。
Pros:

困った時にスタッフさんに助けて貰い大変有難かった。
スタッフの皆さんは皆、フレンドリーで優しかった。

Cons:

お風呂の設備が古く使い難い。特にバスタブの排水が出来なくて非常に困った。

あと、エアコンの動作音が五月蝿い。

Pros:

This hotel location makes me always feel at home the front desk staff is awesome Danielle and Ashley took great care of me. The bartender Ebony was great very friendly and helpful. Im always treated well by the front desk staff. Management please acknowledge this with your thanks in advance

Still holding on at Holiday Inn BHM
Pros:

I had to "re-review" because I hadn't stayed at the property in years! Most recently stayed here July 23-25 2026 room 521. Facts. The property is aged and the neighborhood may give some second thoughts. However, it is so close and convenient to the airport and the interstate. Many get rooms here when planes cancel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking is completely fenced and the airport shuttle is ON POINT!
