Just as dated or worse than a 1 or 2 tier hotel. Hallways smell of weed and hotel staff smoke (cigarettes) right outside the entrance. Now to the room: for the kind of business this place gets you’d think they could afford to switch out a mattress here and there. Our room had two sunk in beds that you sat on and sunk so far in your feet were raised at least three to four inches more than your torso. They had an alarm clock next to the bed with no cable to plug it in to an outlet. You’d think someone would have noticed and thrown it out by now. The bathtub was scratched and opaquely dated with nothing to hold their dingy Dove bath products in the tub. It looks so beat up I question if I should take a shower. Filthy AC unit, rotting fridge holder. How much money do these places make that they won’t do basic repairs or updates?

Everything was Great from checking in all the down to dining for breakfast.

I stayed here from Friday the 13th for a week I had the best experience from the moment I arrived with the receptionist Megan sorting my accommodation out without any delay the hotel staff are so friendly with AndreaS, Mo. The manager Rupesh went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we requested the breakfast team also were amazing I’m sorry I didn’t mention all there names and a special mention to Pearse who is Irish ☘️ we had at Patrick’s day at the hotel (happy Paddys day pierce) the cleaners were exceptional with rooms cleaned to a high standard. Anything we needed was always sorted out quickly and professionally.

Staff was amazing! Super friendly and polite! It looks like the rooms have had a refresh recently. But the tub, toilet and plumbing clearly are original. We were there for the location to the airport and the shuttle. So the price of the room and the very used tub/shower/bathroom were a trade off. We would stay here again.

Arrived with a large group and while the check-in process was seamless and the staff were very friendly, the hotel is in serious need of renovations! The hallways and some rooms had a very strong smell of mold/mildew and one of the floors constantly smelled like garbage. The carpets and walls are stained and torn. NO hot water at all for 2+ days. There were also some questionable individuals in and out of the hotel. The area did not feel safe! We ended up having to get our entire group moved to a new hotel. I understand the hotel was just recently purchased by new ownership so perhaps they will turn things around (needs a total renovation!) but do NOT stay here right now!
