My son really enjoyed swimming
Pros:

The atmosphere was welcoming and clean and the cookies were delicious

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.
Pros:

I loved that it had a breakfast buffet but it was not included in the price of the room as advertised. Staff was nice and helpful.

Cons:

The surrounding area did not look or feel as safe as I had assumed it would have been to be a Hilton hotel. The bed was worn and had a springy feel. Pillows were very soft and cheap. Building was located right beside a business that requires transfer trucks going and coming all night to the extent of blowing their horns. My two queen room without a view was $180 and my friends two queen room with a view (joke) was $160. Both rooms was very overpriced. I would not recommend this hotel.

My stay was good
Pros:

The beds were good & rooms were clean staff was great

Cons:

There was only one elevator working & the stairs were not accessible which I find is a fire hazard.

AL trip
Pros:

Close to the location I went for. Room had 2 beds and a sofa bed.

Disappointed
Pros:

Very disappointing stay. Our room wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after check-in, and no accommodations were offered while we waited. The first room was dirty and smelled, and the second room we were given was already occupied. The third room was fine, but by then our evening was already thrown off.

The staff did not seem to care about guests or the overall experience, which is very different from what we’re used to at other Hilton properties. There were also basic issues like no working ice machines.

A loud pool party made the hotel feel chaotic and not family-friendly. Afterward, there was trash all over the lobby, dirty lobby bathrooms, and the pool area was not cleaned.. dirty towels, no clean ones, and murky water.

They offered breakfast vouchers and Hilton points, but we will not be back.

Great once again!
Pros:

We have stayed here before and loved the location to watch the river traffic and trains. We opted for a river view once again and loved the room! We chose what I call the left end (facing the river) in order not to have the building block our view. Perfect choice. We enjoyed the bar area for a quick couple of drinks. We enjoyed the morning buffet! Above all the personnel, shout out to Megan and Cameron, for the excellent conversation and the time they spent doing that! It makes a difference when the staff interacts with the clients.

Much appreciation and awards deserved!
Pros:

I go there every year to attend a convention, the staff and management are always very accommodating and friendly!
I know we can be a demanding bunch, but Adrianna, Anna and the entire front office of sales and catering office and front desk and restaurant staffing are great, all the way to to housekeeping personnel and maintenance!

I always enjoy my stay and as always, hate to see the weekend end, and am already excited and looking forward to February 2027 and am on the committee this year and looking forward to working with Anna, Adrianna and the staff and team again this year!
