Excellent customer service. Convenient located and a sizable room.

Conveniently located off the highway. Was a large enough room to hold our entire family of five.

Cons:

The air-conditioning unit made our room feel moist when we turned it down to cool off the room

I Would Stay Again!
Pros:

My family and I stayed at the hotel this past month doing a bit of traveling to take the family to visit some local experiences. We had a wonderful time! First of all the room was nice and clean which is always great and it was close to some of the sites like Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge and Point Mallard Point for hiking. The view from our room was beautiful and the staff at the hotel was so courteous! Thank you!

Wonderful hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.We loved waking up to beautiful views of the Tennessee River right from our room. Dining at Twist restaurant was another major highlight, offering incredible food and top-tier service.We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!

Great fun place to stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The room was good. I loved the barn style door for the bathroom. The location was great (room and hotel). Our room opened up to the area where all our activities were. We were just minutes away from downtown and many interesting places to see and go eat. The hotel itself had a unique layout.

Cons:

Loved the barn style door for the bathroom BUT it left the privacy lacking as it did not shut all the way-there was a gap between the door and the wall. That's all :)

Motorcycle Rally Best Accommodations
Pros:

We came for a motorcycle rally. Our room is very clean. Reception was friend and professional. They even called me when my room was ready…. Early! Outstanding facility. Will encourage our group to come again next year!!!
