Location good...hotel tired. Rooms clean.
Pros:

Room clean and tidy. Hotel tired. Location good, Staff helpful. Breakfast like a 'rat-race'....too many people in a small space. Breakfast bowls tiny.....no logic to the way the food was laid out. Would I stay there again.....no ....but probably reasonable value for $$$.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal und grosse Räume. Schöner Pool und Innenhof.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Hotelanlage ebenfalls. Daher der Preis etwas hoch.

Found it a little pricey for the size and smell of the room
Pros:

Great location on the Esplanade. Pool and bar areas are fantastic.

Cons:

Room smelled musty or mouldy. Air con cuts in and out instead of just steady air flow, which was needed to help with the smell.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage, bisschen veraltet
Pros:

Gute Lage in Cairns. Gutes Frühstück, Zimmer groß.

Cons:

Leider das Hotel und Zimmerausstattung ist schon sehr betagt. Eine Renovierung würde gut tun, besonders die Preise eher gehoben sind

La ubicación es muy buena,de los mejores en Cairns.Relacion calidad precio razonable

Cons:

Instalaciones anticuadas.
Supongo que no pueden hacer mucho porque están en pleno paseo marítimo pero las habitaciones cogen algo de olor a humedad

Nice place to stay but
Pros:

The new bar on the esplanade was amazing to sit at , reception staff were amazing

Cons:

Very expensive for a balcony right I’m with side view of the ocean , coffee machine dud t work , toilet didn’t flush , toilet seat wouldn’t stay up , had to pay for cappuccino at breakfast that was included , bar out front very slow to serve , attending the restaurant service first making everyone wait. 5-10 mins to order then told to take a seat fir my glass of wine only to go back up to the bar to ask after 15 mins and them were making me a cocktail by error ?

There was no hot water. Room was very hot a stuffy with air conditioning not working properly. Court yard was under renovation but was very messy.
