A great stay
Pros:

Clean , spacious room , really good buffet breakfast , beautiful pool looking out over Cairns waterfront . Comfortable beds and pillows . Lovely staff . A great stay

Cons:

Cost wise it was an additional $100 a night for a rollaway bed . But in line with other similar hotels in the area .

Great location in Cairns City and generally satisfied with the stay overall.
Pros:

Great location close to beachfront and the esplanade with the public pool, restaurants, cafes, shops etc all within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Our room had 2 x small double beds when we reserved a King Guest room with a larger bed. Extremely cramped getting into bed each night on the wall side and the small double bed generally made for a poor nights sleep for 2. Bathroom very small with shower over the bath very hard to access for older folk. Noisy location on the mountain side of the hotel complex with road traffic and the ambulance station/hospital nearby.

Pros:

・海や色んなお店に歩いていきやすい。
・清潔だった。
・いろんな国の多種多様な朝食があり、何日いても飽きなかったし、美味しかった。
・日本語が分かるスタッフもいて、困ったときは助けて貰えた。
・部屋に小さな金庫やポットがある。
・タオルが何枚もある。
・プールがある。
・卓球台があって面白かった。
・ルームキーが木製で可愛かった。
・広い窓から街並みが見えて良かったし、よく日光が入り、開放的だった。
・備え付けのボディクリームがあって驚いたし、日本から持っていかなかったので助かった。
・チェックインの時に大きくて甘いクッキーが貰えて、海外らしさを味わえた。
・チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらえて助かった。
・チェックインの予定時間よりも早く部屋の掃除が終わった場合はメールを貰えたこと。日本から来てそのままツアー参加して疲れていたので助かった。

Cons:

・シャワーカーテンが無かったこと。浴槽とトイレは短いガラスで区切られているだけ。海外では一般的だと思うが、日本のホテルで慣れていると不便。便器前の床が石鹸でヌルヌルになったりシャワーでビチャビチャになり、いちいち拭くのが大変。

Great location, nice pool.
Pros:

Location is great for a couple of nights in Cairns if you have a room on the front of the hotel. Plenty of options at breakfast.

Cons:

Our room position was noisy, with street noise and sirens going all night. We had a room at the back of the hotel. Shower head was broken and kept falling down.
