Pros:

Great service and friendly staff. I had a very positive experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was average and lacked variety. The food wasn't particularly enjoyable, which was a little disappointing.

A Nice atrium feel, a fairly good view of the cairn’s harbour and our accomodation was very quiet on the top floor.

My husband has had cancer recently and it was disturbing to smell the smoke from the yard on grounds

the closeness to ground floor

Cons:

The aircon was noisy the bathroom flooded we had to place towels down near the door not to go out it - the wifi did not work properly - there where smokers outside - table set up for them to use ??? i thought it was a none smoking hotel that why we booked the room but we could smell smoke most of our stay - bed sheet had marks on it and did you know the tiolets dont flush properly had to push it three time for any water .

Excellent and very comfy
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The welcome cookie is a very nice touch to the experience. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and facilities were nice.

Pros:

The hotel was great, the ocean view was breathtaking especially in the balcony with sunrise and sunset views, Staff were amazing,breakfast was great. Hotel just a walking distance to night markets for cheap restaurants/shopping. Bus pick up and drop off for scenic drives.We really enjoyed our stay.

Just OK
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Cairns and the surrounding area.
The hotel is OK, but overall it felt pretty basic. The rooms were clean enough but lacked any real atmosphere or character. The bathroom design was also not great — every time we took a shower, the whole bathroom floor ended up wet.
One thing that really annoyed us was the emergency exit light just outside our room. Even with the blackout curtains closed, it lit up the room at night and made it harder to sleep.
The location is decent, but there are better hotel options in Cairns. We stayed at the Pullman Reef Hotel for the last night of our trip and found it to be much nicer, with more comfortable rooms and a better overall experience.
Not a terrible stay, but for the price I would probably choose somewhere else next time.

Great hotel, great location, great staff!
Pros:

It was on the water and we had an ocean view and our view was amazing! We were there before check in and they held our bass while we explored. They also held our bags at check out as our flight wasn’t until 4:30.

Cons:

No microwave but that’s about it! It was perfect!
