Pros:

Lovely Buffet breakfast and really handy to towns

Cons:

It's always nice when the rooms have some kids of kitchen type stuff, but it was OK. Definitely couldn't really eat in the room.

Disappointing for the price paid!
Pros:

I was greeted with a warm cookie and a caring and welcoming smile at the front desk upon arrival with a lovely lady who provided fantastic customer service. The bed was firm however comfortable and the linen and pillows were amazing giving me a great night sleep.

Cons:

I paid $215 for my overnight stay and the smell of mould when entering the room was awful. The tiles were soaking wet, I initially thought someone had left a tap on as there was so much water on the tiles it took 3 floor towels to soak up the water. At a guess the air conditioning was on recycled air instead of dry. The air conditioning was ok however it would’ve been nice to have a ceiling fan for better circulation in such a small space.

The reception lady was lovely and check/in/out were super smooth

Cons:

Although I am very grateful for the upgrade they told me they did, I found the room not quite clean. Seems like it needs maintenance and proper cleaning time.

It’s a choice if you want to find a place to stay.
Pros:

The staff at DoubleTree by Hilton is absolutely incredible. Very friendly and supportive, welcoming customers by offering hot cookies to refresh when we arrived, which was over expectation. Room service was available daily with tidying up and refilling supplies. The tour information centre is just at the entrance. Very handy and helpful. If you wanna get some ideas of daily tours feel free to talk to lady at the information centre. She is very friendly providing the best advice for you. Location is good.

Cons:

The beds were stinky, especially the pillows. I doubt if they changed bedding from last customers or not. The first night I slept in bed my skin felt itchy. Not sure if there’s bedbugs or anything. The toilet smelled bad too.

Lovely spacious room, good breakfast, ok location.
Pros:

Liked the room, was very happy with the space. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Bathroom could’ve been a bit bigger. Just found it a little bit cramped round the door. Could’ve had hot chocolate on the coffee machine.
