Nice hotel, what you would expect from a holiday inn. Good downtown location and parking.
Pros:

Clean hotel, comfy beds, good downtown location easy to get to off highway, good parking. Looks like parts of hotel were recently renovated.

Cons:

At check in had trouble finding our reservation. Not enough servers and slow to get breakfast although food was tasty. Air conditioner somewhat noisy but I think that is to be expected for in room unit.

Pros:

I loved the room and how spacious it was, the Dove products in bathroom was a plus and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of comfy pillows.
Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact there was no microwave to heat my food and had to walk to YMCA to go swimming due to renovation

We were disappointed to say the least. We spoke to the manager and she said booking.com should have made us aware!

It was under construction. It was dusty, from sanding. The pool and gym were closed. None of this was mentioned upon booking. It was expensive to not have these amenities available.

Will never stay again I messaged the property about making things right not being notified the pool would be out and don
Pros:

Why is it not noted that the pool and spa would be under construction… i would have never paid 310 dollars for that. It was my son’s state qualifier weekend and the only reason we stay is for the pool. Absolutely ridiculous

It is what it is.
Pros:

I appreciated how clean the room was, it was very nice.

Cons:

That we were unaware that the pool was going to be unavailable when we got there because it was not stated when we booked this hotel. Also, the people on our floor were up screaming and slamming doors at 2am and it lasted for well over an hour.
