The new renovation will be excellent when finished
Rooms have been nicely remodeled. Excellent breakfast.
Room was still being cleaned and was not available until after 5 pm
Why is it not noted that the pool and spa would be under construction… i would have never paid 310 dollars for that. It was my son’s state qualifier weekend and the only reason we stay is for the pool. Absolutely ridiculous
I appreciated how clean the room was, it was very nice.
That we were unaware that the pool was going to be unavailable when we got there because it was not stated when we booked this hotel. Also, the people on our floor were up screaming and slamming doors at 2am and it lasted for well over an hour.
It was close to the Arena. Beds were comfortable. Linens seemed newer and clean.
The parking was farther away which was slightly inconvenient
Nothing
The pool was closed so I paid almost 500.00 for no pool, breakfast was not included, and there were people loud romping the halls until 5 in the morning after I called the front desk
Location was great. Bonnie at the front desk was wonderful. So pleasant. Room was clean. Enjoyed the music on Friday evening. Katie was great. All the staff greeted me with a smile and a hello.
Did not like the breakfast. I ordered eggs over easy and the yolk came out solid. The ham was very thin and salty. Pool definitely needs work. Not very inviting. But I understand the hotel is going through major renovations, so perhaps this is scheduled to be redone.
Everything. This was now are 3rd stay. Very convenient to the venue we were attending. Staff is very nice, and the new updates are awesome. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and they woman working there are so helpful and polite.
Not being able to check in early. We drive a fair distance and don't make plans for if we arrive an hour early. Completely understand though because everyone is under staffed.
Great breakfast, quiet rooms, renewed rooms!
A bit bland but happy Christmas decorations were still up for Eastern Orthodox Christmas on January 7. Remove fee for parking- it’s an empty garage.
The location is perfect when we are in town for a hockey game. Everything was in walking distance. Loved Scott's by Dam. The breakfast in the morning was good.
