Pros:

The location was perfect! Nearby shopping, restaurants and my sister! The lobby is beautiful. There was a pool we used but the water was cold. We have mobility issues and found the walk to the lobby and back to our room cumbersome. The room was adequate. Everything we needed but lacking a luggage rack for easy access to our belongings. The breakfast was okay. The potatoes were too salty. Pancakes and French toast sub par. The entire staff was fabulous! From the front desk, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff were attentive and helpful. Location and the staff made it a desirable place to stay.

Cons:

First room had no heat. Second room had leaky shower head and broken iron. The bathroom was in poor condition. The room was older for sure. Was expecting alot more for the price. Gym only had minor items to accommodate. Tried to like it but was left disappointed.

The main lobby's quality should have been an example of what to expect in the rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The main lobby is beautiful and the restrooms are immaculate in the main lobby.

Cons:

The rooms were very dated and looked like they could use a deep cleaning. There were stains on the bench in the room and the grout in the shower looked like it was starting to mold.

My stay for 1 night
Pros:

Staff was very friendly, my room was clean, I only stayed for 1 night because we were visiting our family. But it was a nice quiet stay. Pricing is very fair.

Cons:

I believe they are working to update the place currently, just needs updating a bit.

Very disappointed in our two day stay for this trip.
Cons:

The room was hot for the two day stay and the air-conditioning was very loud and having trouble working. Some little kid pulled the fire alarm at 130am and had to get up and evacuate the room; could barely hear the fire alarm out in the hallway because of the loud air-conditioning.
