It was okay at best but I will try to find a hotel elsewhere.
Pros:

I liked the fact it was close to where I was supposed to be the next morning. The staff were great.

Cons:

My room, the hallway, and the elevators took my breath from the smell. There was no other room available. It smelled like wet dog.

Hotel, staff was great but breakfast and the price was extremely disappointing

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special shoutout to Lisa, who went above and beyond to make sure my family’s stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her positive energy, warm attitude, and willingness to accommodate every little detail truly stood out.

The hotel was spotless , you could tell cleanliness is a top priority here. It’s located in a super convenient area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Definitely a perfect spot if you want to explore the area without going too far.

What really impressed me was how kid-friendly and pet-friendly the hotel is. My sister brought her dog, Kobe, and stayed in a separate room and the staff treated her and her pup like VIPs! The housekeeping team was just as wonderful: friendly, attentive, and most importantly, trustworthy. You can feel completely at ease leaving your room in their care.

Cons:

While our overall stay was truly enjoyable, there were a couple of things that could be improved.

The hotel advertises daily room cleaning as long as the “Do Not Disturb” sign isn’t on your door, but I found myself having to constantly request housekeeping service. Even after requesting, there were a few occasions when I returned to find the room untouched. That being said, when I called the front desk to address the issue, the staff was very apologetic and quick to make it right, which I genuinely appreciated. Their professionalism and responsiveness helped smooth things over.

One other small downside was an interaction I had with one of the team members. There was a taller, young, brown-skinned man working the afternoon/evening shift, unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he didn’t come across as very welcoming. He seemed irritated when I politely asked about getting my room cleaned for the next day, which felt a bit uncomfortable given how helpful the rest of the staff was. He was very dismissive, and nonchalant.

Funzionale e confortevole !
Pros:

La posizione era piuttosto buona: se non ricordo male, proprio vicina all'uscita dell'autostrada ma in una zona non distante da altri servizi.
La stanza era confortevole e spaziosa, la piscina e la palestra completano gli ottimi servizi dell'Hotel.
Inoltre, avevo bisogno di un "late check-out" e di un deposito bagagli, cose che mi sono state concesse con grande gentilezza dalla persona al front-desk.
Per essere io di passaggio verso Atlanta, direi che è stata un'ottima soluzione.
Infine, da fumatore, ho particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità di godere di uno spazio esterno dove poter fumare, seduto ad un tavolo !!!

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata offrendo più prodotti da forno (croissant, etc...) e di frutta fresca.
