A great hotel option not to far from the Ripeken Fields.
Pros:

Our room was spacious enough for four people. There was a game room, gym, and pool. Breakfast area was neat and clean. Location of the property was great, walking distance to a lot of shops. Within driving distance to our main location.

Cons:

Encountered a dead fly on the window seal and a live one flying around near to the window. The floors weren’t too clean candy wrapper by the bed. Otherwise it was good

Pros:

The location was great. The staff was accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault, but there was a kids baseball team staying there. The boys were running in the halls, slamming doors and knocking and running away.

I was double charged for the room ....but it was quickly settled after I called to inquire. Manager was professional and prompt with rectifying the situation.

Pros:

Our stay was comfortable, but the kids running up and down the hallway was very annoying. We had to call the front desk at 10pm to get the kids from being so loud.

In addition, the shower leaked water all over the floor in the bathroom. The shower needs a 2” to 3” barrier to keep the water in the shower.

Overall, the room was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful with getting the noise from the kids under control. We look forward to our next visit.

Cons:

Construction on the building was not disclosed until we arrived. Horrible smell from nearby dumpsters was unbearable. Check in driveway was blocked due to construction and had to wheel in bags from the parking lot. Was told construction would end in 15 mins but it went on for hours more. Reverse beepers on construction equipment was constant. Asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

Quick and convenient stay
Pros:

Check-in was quick and easy, which made arrival smooth. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was fully stocked with everything needed. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of choices and well-prepared. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the highway, making it convenient for travel in and out of the area.

Cons:

Although the on-site check-in process was simple, the reservation did not appear in the system when I arrived. Despite booking in advance and checking in through Booking, I still had to check in again at the desk. This added an unnecessary step and could be improved with better coordination between Booking and the hotel’s system.
