Do not stay at this hotel. The entire property smelled strongly of mildew, and our room had an unpleasant odor. The rooms are extremely outdated, and the shower had a wall panel that was loose and looked like it was about to fall off. The pool and hottub was not working either. We asked about why it was not operational and front desk said "it was on their website". We checked, it was NOT on their website.
To make matters worse, the front desk initially gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. We walked in while another guest was helping an elderly family member shower, which was embarrassing and a serious privacy issue.
Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:00 a.m., but when we arrived at 8:00 a.m., there was almost nothing left, and it was not restocked. The room phone didn't work, so we had to go to the front desk ourselves just to request extra towels and an additional blanket. Unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and showed little concern about any of these issues.
This hotel used to be a nice place to stay, but it has clearly gone downhill. Save your money and choose one of the many better options nearby. I will never stay here again.

The location
When I arrived the room was not clean. The sheets did not look like they had been changed from previous customer. When I went to the front desk the clerk told me he would give me new sheets and I could change the bed.

It smells bad in my room. I asked for another room, that room smells bad too. The bedding wasn't laundered well either. Standard 7/11 run hotel experience. It's no wonder the price is somewhat lower than the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Please remind me why this has 4 stars on Trip Advisor?
It was pretty and it was straight forward.
Many things were wrong with this visit - First of all I was charged an extra $10 upon arrival for housekeeping, never in my life have I had that.
Second, I was given 1 card for a three-person reservation - I later asked for more.
But the worst thing of all is there was a number of yogurts in the fridge which expired on January 1st, and the date I found them was January 9th!
I reported this to the desk receptionist, who confirmed no manager on duty, and he did not seem very apologetic, nor did he certainly did not rush to deal with the issue.

Came here only because the company i work for got us this pos hotel, the service is horrible all the towels are stained really bad, rooms are hot as hell, told them if they can check the a/c they never did. And the breakfast is terrible, im surprised they didnt mess up the cereal because litteraly everything served their the taste was off, the dryer doesnt work, i told them when i first got here and a week later its still the same. Its just over all a do not come to hotel unless its for a uknown reason you pick this hotel out of 3-4 hotels around here
