Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff was friendly, checking in, the person talked so fast I could barely keep up.

Breakfast was decent. The coffee tasted burnt but if you add enough cream eventually it's palatable. The suite was large but could have been cleaner.

Cons:

The shower was dirty with mildew and hairs, the headboard had lots of fingerprints and something dried running down it by the mattress. The overhead light in the kitchen didn't work and there was spilled liquid down the drawer handles under the stove. The two small trash cans had no bags, and there were no plastic or paper cups for the bathroom. I felt bad getting a glass when I brushed my teeth.

Camera gigantesca, colazione perfetta, personale gentile.
Pros:

Posizione ideale per la vicinanza alla fermata delle corriere (bus extraurbani): si raggiunge in 3 minuti a piedi.
La camera e' molto grande e comprende zona notte, zona soggiorno, ampio angolo cucina con pentole, stoviglie, lavapiatti, forni e fornelli, ecc.

Cons:

Anche qui fornire degli orari e indicazioni degli autobus urbani resta un servizio a cui le portinerie adegli hotel americani non sono preparate. Per fortuna in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge qualunque cosa e ci sono i taxi.

So many positives ruined by one MAJOR negative
Pros:

Marriott has always been my first choice for a hotel brand during previous business travels and personal vacations, but this recent stay has changed my mind about the direction they are going in with their newer hotels. Recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Bath, ME and it was not a pleasant experience. Not the fault of the employees, but poor construction.

PROS:
Convenient location
Friendly staff
Okay sized room that still has a good kitchen
Great shower

CONS:
Noise. This is what ruined the entire trip. You go to a hotel for one reason - to get a good night of sleep. This one failed at its core reason for being. All evening and multiple times in the early mornings all I could hear was loud thump thump thump from the guest staying above me. Even using the earplugs and noise canceling earbuds I had brought with me did not help. And you can no longer run the fan on the HVAC continuously like in years' past.

If I was able to get even 2 hours of decent sleep I was lucky. Add to it the banging from the exit door that was near the room that guests used to enter late at night and it was one of the worst hotel stays in quite some time. Returned home exhausted.

I think its time to look at another brand for future stays.

Haven’t seen staff this friendly since the 1950s
Pros:

The staff was amazingly friendly at all hours that we passed, and as free breakfasts at hotels go, it was among the very best (real scrambled eggs, not powdered, different sausage options each day (this morning it was andouille and maple breakfast links), about 18 different mix ins for the oatmeal. A pitcher of honest to goodness cold brew, packets of guacamole if guacamole want them with the eggs, just all the little touches!
