Adequate. Would have rated higher had it not been for the lack of hot water.
Pros:

Location was convenient to highway. Good breakfast. Laundry facilities.

Cons:

No hot water first 24 hours, contacted guest services who sent a technician to room. Explained I had to take a cool, not warm, shower after running the water for quite some time. Felt like I couldn’t clean dishes properly with cool water. He made us fell like we were exaggerating the issue. The next evening the water was burning hot, likely due to other guest complaints. Mildew in shower.

Good One Night Stay
Pros:

We stayed at the Residence Inn Bath Brunswick Area for one night as we explored coastal Maine. We arrived during a heat wave, but no problem with the air conditioning here! Front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated the welcome gift and acknowledgment of my Marriott elite status. The room was clean and comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Front desk staff provided a list of recommended places for dinner, and we enjoyed one from the list. There is a grocery store nearby, which we appreciated being able to purchase some drinks and snacks for our road trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Bath, ME area.

Pros:

Good breakfast, liked the crockery and cutlery, so much better than paper plates and plastic cutlery,
Check in staff very friendly and welcoming. Water bottles much appreciated in the heat.

Cons:

While sitting around your campfire one night outside, two of your guests broke out a crack pipe. There was no security or any staff around to see it. They were a group at the hotel, Hobby lobby, people. We left and went to our room very disappointing.

Nice stop over for one night to explore Maine
Pros:

Residence Inn is always a nice place to stay since all rooms are suites. Like having a separate seating area outside of the bedroom.

Cons:

We didn't have any hot water!! Cold shower!! We only stayed one night and had been driving all day so didn't have the energy to complain or move rooms.

Overall, great stay. Would stay there again.
Pros:

Great location. Good breakfast. Great gym. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were no linens for the pull out couch despite the reservation being for 3 people.
The layout of our room was a little cramped. My mom’s room had a different layout that feels much more roomy.

Pros:

Very nice property with a pool that stayed open til 11 and a 24 hr fitness room (some other hotels make it so hard to exercise)

They saw we had reserved 3 rooms and set aside 3 very close rooms for us

Cons:

Was a little pricey, but I knew that when I booked

Wonderful suite, great staff
Pros:

Wonderful staff, pleasant and helpful even when busy. I left my laptop behind and they called me to tell me. The suite was huge with a stocked kitchen and full size fridge, beautiful shower, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Our only issue was the noise of the trucks on Route 1, but that can't be helped.
