Everyone is so nice
Price is costly
Very comfortable with room to spread out. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. It was great to be able to do our laundry.

The Manager was excellent !! And allowed us to switch the date (with the same prepay) so we could stay at ease when our son entered the Hyde School. The staff was very warm! We arrived around 2 am (driving from PA), and she took care of us, with clean sheets for the sofa bed. And the hot breakfast!! The location was excellent; this was the second time we stayed at the hotel. We will recommend the hotel to anyone who is coming to Bath, Maine. And we will stay the next time we are in Bath!! I always like the Suites that residence inn have with a fully stocked kitchen, fridge, living room area. Also liked the fire they have until midnight
This particular one is about double what I normally pay for a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Other than that, though, it's still very nice.
Location was convenient to highway. Good breakfast. Laundry facilities.
No hot water first 24 hours, contacted guest services who sent a technician to room. Explained I had to take a cool, not warm, shower after running the water for quite some time. Felt like I couldn’t clean dishes properly with cool water. He made us fell like we were exaggerating the issue. The next evening the water was burning hot, likely due to other guest complaints. Mildew in shower.
We stayed at the Residence Inn Bath Brunswick Area for one night as we explored coastal Maine. We arrived during a heat wave, but no problem with the air conditioning here! Front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated the welcome gift and acknowledgment of my Marriott elite status. The room was clean and comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Front desk staff provided a list of recommended places for dinner, and we enjoyed one from the list. There is a grocery store nearby, which we appreciated being able to purchase some drinks and snacks for our road trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Bath, ME area.

While sitting around your campfire one night outside, two of your guests broke out a crack pipe. There was no security or any staff around to see it. They were a group at the hotel, Hobby lobby, people. We left and went to our room very disappointing.

Residence Inn is always a nice place to stay since all rooms are suites. Like having a separate seating area outside of the bedroom.
We didn't have any hot water!! Cold shower!! We only stayed one night and had been driving all day so didn't have the energy to complain or move rooms.
Great location. Good breakfast. Great gym. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
There were no linens for the pull out couch despite the reservation being for 3 people.
The layout of our room was a little cramped. My mom’s room had a different layout that feels much more roomy.
