Holiday Inn Resort Lake George - Adirondack Area by IHG

Very clean - excellent restaurant- staff was extremely accommodating for the large group we were with - the entire trip was pleasant and definitely will stay there again and recommend to others !!!

Great hotel! A couple of 30 of us went. They were very accommodating and gave us a space to gather. Had a Super Bowl party and the food was excellent. Very clean and the staff was wonderful! Definitely worth it and will be back!

We always have the best time in Lake George. SuperBowl at the hotel is great. They had a Buffett, game in big screens in conference room and wait staff specially designated to the gathering area.
Ice Bar on property was top notch and if it weren’t so cold we would have spent much of our time right there.
Rooms are super spacious and comfy. Bedding was plush and mattresses were perfect after a long day of play. Room staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed restocked daily.
Oh, did I mention the amazing hot tub and pool. Perfect way to start the day.
Holiday Inn Lake George never disappoints. This is our 5th year going up for SuperBowl weekend and will be back again next year. Come check it out for yourself.

My Husband and I Absolutely Love staying at the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George. There’s lots to do right on the property and inside the resort. Very clean, relaxing and the staff is amazing. Patti at the Front desk is an absolute delight, friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.

Becca from the very first stay, has made it a point to learn our names, remember us, and treat us like more than just another reservation number. Every time we walk in, we’re greeted like we’re actually wanted there and that is rare in hospitality. She always goes out of her way to make sure we’re comfortable, taken care of, and honestly, she’s the reason we keep coming back.
This hotel is lucky to have her at the front desk. If management is reading this: she is absolutely someone you want representing your brand. She turns stays into experiences, and that’s what keeps people loyal.

Patti at the front desk was extremely pleasant and and helpful. Here knowledge of the resort and area was awesome. She recommended eating onsite at TRs and it was delicious.

Incredible! Excellent family vacation. From Gary at check-in, to Carol at T.R.'s, and Courtney the GM, the team delivers true hospitality. Rooms are spacious, fireplaces are abundant, food is delicious and hot tub is the perfect way to end a day on the slopes. We look forward to coming back year after year!

Great location in the centre of Lake George. Clean, quiet. I went for New Years and several hotels in the areas were experiencing technical issues with their room keys, including this one, but the front house staff was so helpful. Patti especially, who I spoke with several times, was professional and quick to find alternative fixes for my stay. Would definitely books rooms here again.

If you will be visiting the Lake George area and want to stay in a beautiful hotel, at rates that are easy on the bank account, then you need to stay at the Holiday Inn resort hotel. I will always choose to stay there because they consistently exceed my expectations. The staff are always friendly and the GM ( Courtney Baker) takes the guest’s experience to another level!! Once you check in, you don’t want to leave. The rooms are always well kept and modern, the view of Lake George and the surrounding mountains is beautiful, the food at TR’s is top notch, and there are always activities to do at the resort, including live entertainment. Whether it’s a family vacation or traveling on business, you should check them out… you will not be disappointed!!

The holiday inn in Lake George, NY is a place that makes you feel like family. Courtney Baker the GM has done an exceptional job of creating a wonderful atmosphere for not only the guest but the staff. The way the staff goes above and beyond for their guests shows how the place is run. My kids and I went recently for the weekend and had an amazing time swimming and playing in the arcade. When I tell my kids we are going to a hotel to get away for the weekend they always ask to go to Lake George!!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Lake George the week of Christmas and everything was great! The room was spacious (one bedroom suite) enough for our baby’s pack n play, plus all of the other stuff that comes with a 1 year old! The staff was always helpful! Gary at the front desk was always willing to assist with anything we needed and answered any questions we had! Taylor at TRs really helped make our baby’s first birthday special by going above and beyond with a cute little dessert for her, candle included! 10/10 stay, there was a younger server w/her own baking business (I didn’t get her name) that was also very helpful when she served us in the mornings! We loved the view from the elevator every ride up with the mountains, a highlight for our time there.

Impressed by the professionalism and genuine warmth of the front desk team. Courtney and Becca went above and beyond to make sure we had comfortable accommodations. Waking up to that beautiful sunrise over the mountains is a memory I’ll always treasure. Thank you again for such a memorable and generous experience. I’ll be recommending the Holiday Inn Resort in Lake George to my friends and colleagues, and I already look forward to returning soon.

Had a wonderful, affordable stay at the end of October. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, well situated and there’s a restaurant on site. Breakfast was decent but not included and cost about $17/pp.The breakfast staff were very friendly and we could tell they enjoy their jobs and people.
Our room was very clean and comfortable and maid service did an excellent job tidying up every morning; such a luxury. The bed was softer than we prefer, but certainly clean and cozy.
(We did not use the gym or pool so can’t comment on that)
We would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing staff and what a beautiful location! Jen V coordinated an 80th birthday celebration that couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities, indoor pool, restaurant, bar, breakfast the next morning! All of the staff were happy and friendly! Patti at the front desk took care of our needs for five rooms, some of which were specific requests. Loved the stay!!!!

I stayed there for a work conference and was initially greeted by Becca at the front desk. She was warm and friendly. She even switched my room for me to better accommodate my needs. She not only greeted me by name the next day but I saw her greeting other guests by name. She spent time with us telling us about other events coming up in the area.
The hotel overall, rooms, and grounds were top notch. And the lake/mountain views don’t disappoint.

I had a great stay from Sunday to Friday. The whole staff was very accommodating. Especially the front desk attendant Becca. Tons of amenities on site.

Back for another visit this time on a cool October weekend to attend Six Flags Fright Fest. This is stay #2 for us this year and a fall tradition. speaking from 20+ years of visiting this hotel...to keep this simple:
- CLEAN hotel. You'll see staff constantly moving around taking care of the property. CLEARLY the staff takes pride in the hotel presentation.
- FRIENDLY staff- we were met at the desk at 11pm on Friday night and ended up talking about the history of the Holiday Inn LG with an awesome front desk staff member.
- LOCATION on the hill just up from the village is close enough but far enough to be a quiet spot to relax. Balcony views are always worth it especially the 3rd floor.
- I say it every time but the chicken parm dinner is outrageously good. We got two orders and I almost called down to TRS for a 3rd!
- Thinking about coming up for holiday season visit for the first time it looks like the hotel does some decorations and other cool stuff and we want to check it out.

This Holiday Inn is fantastic. I've been staying here frequently over the last year as I have been renovating my house in Stony Creek.

The Staff is wonderful. Patti, Becca, Hailey know me by name when I walk in and are fantastic. Nicole and Tyler know my favorite meal when I get to TR's.

The facility is fantastic all around!
