It was very nice and clean ,lived the location

Cons:

The staff wasn't friendly at all, house keeping came in our room w/o knocking ,they never asked if we wanted the famous cookies, they offered others,my husband had to go ask ,they just wasn't friendly at all none of the staff ,but the hotel was very clean

Pros:

Location was nice, very updated property. Bar and restaurant on site, security was a plus.

Cons:

Staff was slow, Price was high, bedroom was small, beds were not comfortable, was unable to go sit by the water, information was minimal and hard to obtain.

Pros:

Everything. Got to the hotel to check in and they notified me the system was down about a hour at the bar the system was back up, the staff made it up by upgrading our room, will definitely be back

Nice, but overwhelming odor/scent
Pros:

The hotel is nice. Not located near anything specific, but Hot Springs is small. Clean and comfy beds, good services, etc. Unfortunately, the whole place smelled overwhelmingly as if many bottles of bad cologne were spilled there. We almost decided to change hotels because of this., but hoping it would lessen, we did not. I now have a rash around my eyes, and it must be from whatever causes this smell. If you are at all sensitive to smell or chemicals, this is not the place for you.

Again, other than this, the place was very nice.

The view was awesome.
Pros:

Location was good and nice.

Cons:

Two queen bed for three guest is very small no enough chair to sit you have to sit on the bed. Sheets and pillowcases had stains on it. When room service made the beds l don’t know why a lots of hair were on sheets. When they supposed to change the sheet every day.

Overall I felt very at peace here. Very welcoming and cozy ambiance, friendly staff, and a refreshing outdoor atmosphere
Pros:

Love the outside yard area, so nice and cozy. Very refreshing and relaxing. I also like the commute frm other food spots and entertainment places. Everything not too far. And the view of Lake Hamilton was unforgettable.

Cons:

The only thing i didnt like for real was lack of vending machines for convenient & not over priced snacks.
