My Birthday stay at Doubletree by Hilton
Pros:

The outdoor space on the lake. Would have been better if an associate or housekeeping would have wiped down the rocking chairs. Rained a good bit during my stay.

Cons:

2 deskclerks on day shift were unfriendly, never had a smile and snappy. One white and the other black. Everyone has a bad day of course. But, guest friendly is the most important part of the job.

No one could or would help me with my Hilton Rewards.

I was given a cardkey to a room on arrival. I noticed the room was nit tge same number. Had to move after informing the clerk.

It was very nice and clean ,lived the location

Cons:

The staff wasn't friendly at all, house keeping came in our room w/o knocking ,they never asked if we wanted the famous cookies, they offered others,my husband had to go ask ,they just wasn't friendly at all none of the staff ,but the hotel was very clean

Pros:

Location was nice, very updated property. Bar and restaurant on site, security was a plus.

Cons:

Staff was slow, Price was high, bedroom was small, beds were not comfortable, was unable to go sit by the water, information was minimal and hard to obtain.

Pros:

Everything. Got to the hotel to check in and they notified me the system was down about a hour at the bar the system was back up, the staff made it up by upgrading our room, will definitely be back
