Breakfast was free and it wasn't worth the money I paid. I also didn't like the fact that there's no coffee and tea station like other double trees just to get whenever I like.

Pros:

We did not eat breakfast there. The location was great. We stayed in room 600. Our anniversary was the 19th, that was our reason for visiting Hot Springs again. The room was clean, it was quiet. The air unit did make a noise, but wasn't too bad or we would have told management. The outside setting area was nice, though I would recommend moving the furniture with the fire pit, just in case people get loud it won't disturb the people staying in the rooms nearby. Maybe add like a giant connect four game or corn hole boards. But if we are ever in the area again, we will for sure stay here again.

My Birthday stay at Doubletree by Hilton
Pros:

The outdoor space on the lake. Would have been better if an associate or housekeeping would have wiped down the rocking chairs. Rained a good bit during my stay.

Cons:

2 deskclerks on day shift were unfriendly, never had a smile and snappy. One white and the other black. Everyone has a bad day of course. But, guest friendly is the most important part of the job.

No one could or would help me with my Hilton Rewards.

I was given a cardkey to a room on arrival. I noticed the room was nit tge same number. Had to move after informing the clerk.
