Or a/c stopped and started smelling like a fire. Front desk response was our maintenance man is gone. 😳 but said all booked up. I insisted on another room. Gave me one with work out equip. Lol then charged me $6 for the two waters we drank after moving all our stuff down stairs and 2 trips to front desk because he killed our keys before we got all our stuff. AND to charge $150 to put our boat at dock while we paid for two rooms for one night is ridiculous!

The stay was okay other than the breakfast I paid for was unreasonable when I couldn’t get service to get breakfast. When I asked the receptionist about a refund she told me she could not due to paying for it already. When I get my finalized bill I see I was charged for all these crazy items including room water. Breakfast went up as I stayed longer which I couldn’t enjoy.
The location by the lake is ideal. The amenities were awesome.
We booked the property a month in advance and used Booking.com to message the property for a lakeside room. We never received a response so I called 2 days before and was told it was taken care of. When we arrived we were told there were no lakeside rooms available (which put a damper on our anniversary plans). The next day I spoke w/mgr who compd us dinner. Hats off to her!
The chocolate chip cookie at check in was a special touch. Nice area, loved the pool and lounge areas.
Next time, I want a room with a lake view and balcony. The lake is beautiful.

I was confused on the elevator because wasn't told that I needed to use my hotel.key to push the button in the elevator until bystander assisted me.
