Overall very good service and accommodation
Pros:

Was permitted to check out two hrs after the scheduled check out time. Was able to keep our bags in concierge for an extended period of time. Housekeeping was very good.

Cons:

Not enough staff understanding English.

Staff amable, además nos ayudaron con los traslados desde el aeropuerto y hacia el terminal por un cobro extra, ubicación central , cerca de transporte público.

Cons:

Las fotos no representan el lugar, es un hotel muy antiguo que le falta algunos arreglos o limpieza de alfombras.

hôtel bien situé, chambres agréables. mais aux heures de pointe, les ascenseurs sont bondés!

il n’y a pas d’aération dans la salle de bains et chambre, or on ne peut évidemment pas ouvrir les fenêtres! Gros point noir: ascenseurs sans cesse pleins ; il y en a un sur 3 qui ne marche pas! il faut beaucoup de temps pour rentrer dans l’ascenseur et arriver à destination!!! c’est un réel problème !!
