Pros:

Le personnel est disponible et a l'écoute. L’hotel est tres bien situé.

Cons:

Le sauna, jaccuzi. Reserve a l ́avance mais personne pour nous accueillir. Le jacuzzi non préparé et le sauna froid.

Impossible tower hotel with not enough lifts and can't cope with breakfast demand

Good central location near Lastarria and good value mid -priced hotel.

Cons:

It thinks it is a high end hotel but isn't!!
The rooms are a good size and look nice, but the fittings are cheap (e.g. the shower tray wobbles, the doors and windows are cheap and dont fit well, so there is lots of noise in the room - not good for sleeping...

Crucially, it is impossible to get to or from your room and the restaurant or lobby at peak times because it is a tall tower and there are not enough lifts, so you wait 20 minutes for a lift with space to get into. The stairs do not go to ground level, so you can't even walk. This is unacceptable.

Then if you get to breakfast, there is not enough space so there are no seats, and often no coffee or much food left. I had to abandon breakfast. Terrible.

This is all worse when there is a conference at the hotel which seems to be most of the time.

Very good with a room for improvement
Pros:

The location, view, room size and food in the restaurant was great. I also visited sauna.

Cons:

Unfortunately jacuzzi didn't work even though I booked it and it was promised. I had to go to the reception to get the sleepers. The staff was OK but not fit for the expected level.

Ingresaron a dormitorio a las 02:25 de la madrugada, intentaron hacerlo durante 3 ocasiones antes . Me desperté y realmente jamás pensé que en un hotel de la cadena Marriot podría haber pasado algo así, me tuve que ir del dormitorio pues solo tienen un guardia y una sola persona en el desk para atender a un hotel de más de 100 habitaciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA, me ofrecieron devolver el dinero de la noche, pero tuve que estar en el lobby hasta que me pude ir al aeropuerto. La respuesta fue: lo sentimos y le devolvemos el dinero de la habitación…jamás volveré.
