The staff were polite and quick. The room was clean. They had Starbucks in the lobby!

Cons:

The bed was very lumpy and uneven the pillows were not firm enough and I didn’t sleep very well.

Excellent front desk agent. We had the key to our room within 5 minutes. He was also very courteous and knew the surrounding area very well.

The exceptionally professional staff that I encountered and their display of concern for the patron's satisfaction. the facility was of the highest quality and appeared to be well maintained. The location is just perfect for services with the city.
